Always a great place for replacement tools. Excellent selection of disposable gloves and other single use tools. Definitely recommend the Inside Track membership, will save you $$ throughout the year.

We couldn't find the item we were looking for, so I asked a gentleman working there, and he had me wait while he looked in the back. A few minutes later, he came out with the exact item in the color we wanted. The gentleman even offered to help my girls and me to the car if needed. While we continued to walk around looking at things, we were asked probably 3 or 4 times by different staff members if we needed help finding something. I would recommend this store because the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Went in looking for an axe and found it then went searching for a sharpening stone and a supervisor speaking with their coworkers noticed me and asked me if I needed help. He helped direct me to the sharpening stone.
Nice store. On another note, all the chrome and impact sockets that I have bought from Harbor Freight has yet to break from my 7+ years of being a heavy duty diesel mechanic.
Good stuff and affordable. I just wanted to give credit where credit is due.

The Harbor Freight store in Puyallup, WA is truly a standout location! Every time I visiit, the shelves are well-stocked, and I never leave empty-handed. But what really sets this store apart is the exceptional customer service. The employees are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely eager to help. They take the time to listen to your needs answer your questions, and even help you solve any issues you might have with tools or projects. Their friendly and attentive approach makes every visit a pleasure. It's rare to find a place where the staff is consistently this helpful, and it’s what keeps me coming back again and again. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality tools and great service!
