Dear owner,
I have followed your request regarding being charged the no show fee of $70 for being involved in a car accident on my way to my appointment. Your manager Hope La Mont responded, and I quote: "Hello Helena, I have sent your information to our owners. Unfortunately, they have given me the same direction regarding your fee. As stated multiple times, it is policy and the fee cannot be refunded" I have responded many times requesting to speak to you, the owner but get ignored.
I am extremely overwhelmingly disappointed in your service. What a terrible business you run!

My Best Friend was super excited to go here for a relaxing massage after a long week. She was actually in a bad car accident ON THE WAY to this appointment. They charged her a no show fee and absolutely refusing to refund her.

The receptionist was a bit snarky upon my arrival, due to a bad personal day, but once past het, the massage was Exceptional.
Andrea was professional, and personal, understood what I wanted and executed the hot stone-cbd- aromatherapy massage - with a foot treatment (all the goodies!) perfectly! I literally have never felt so relaxed! Thank you Andrea, I hope to see you again!!

Bought wife and mother in law one hour masssge and 30 minute facial. Wanted paperwork filled out that they said took up 30 minutes of their massage time. Only 30 minutes but pay for an hour. Horrible massage, basically put oil and rubbed it on you. No technique and what a waste of money. Never buy gifts for family and so disappointed in the staff. They don't care at all about your experience, just a job to them.

I loved my prenatal massage. Very nice and relaxing. I opted for a session where we talked and it was nice. You can always opt out of it besides them just talking about the massage itself. Thank you for the relaxing time!

I bought a $180 gift card package from them. Even though the card was an official gift card, they did not inform me that it would not be honored at other locations. It was a gift for my mother who lives out of town. They refused to refund or exchange the card to be used as the website suggests. Basically I gave the company money for no service. Avoid companies who scam customers. Very disappointed and will continue to warn everyone about this company and store in Puyallup.

I bought a $180 gift card package and gave it to my mom who lives in Vancouver. The gift card was not valid at any other locations. When sold, the gift card was not indicated to have ANY locations limitations. I have attempted to resolve this issue with the manager and she would not provide any resolution. My mother has been a loyal Hand and Stone patron, going every month. They have lost our business.

Stole my money. Worst customer service ever. The manager couldn’t care less about the lies told by employees to push their “membership” that doesn’t even end up benefiting you in the long run. The location is dirty and things falling off the wall/water spraying all over. All around unprofessional establishment and would not recommend to anyone.

This was a gift from my sister, I've never been here before and it was a nice massage, I believe the masseuse name was Elizabeth, I would ask for her again. I did have the upgrade with the stones, it's the only way to go! This is a very busy spa, highly recommend making a reservation.
