I went to Greg’s on a recommend from my dad and boy was I thankful. Ty was incredibly pleasant to work with. He was happy to offer free shuttle after drop off and an itemized list for parts and work. My husband and I both agreed we will be return customers.

My check engine light came on and I took it to another place, they couldn't figure out what was going on with my car. I had my Acura towed to Greg's Japanese auto and they figured it out in a day and I got my car back and running the very next day. I should of taken my car there in the first place. My husband and I will be coming here for any services we need on our Acuras

If you own a Lexus this is a great place to take your car. No upselling just the truth of what your car needs and why. Also at a reasonable price, the Puyallup store has two certified mechanics. Like all shops they are a bit short handed but were able to get my car in and out in a reasonable time, we will be servicing our 2017 RX350 their as long as we own it.
