The great clips in 176th and canyon is great. Awesome people there. The online check in is super easy and saves me a lot of time. I can show up right when they’re ready for me. Great haircuts. I just showed up 5 minutes before they closed and they still took me. So sweet! Would recommend to a friend.

I popped in this morning to see if one of the 2 ladies just sitting around could shave my undercut, so I didn't have to drive all the way to my usual stylist. They wanted to charge me $24. The price of a FULL cut, for a 5 minute shave. I've never been charged more than10-12 bucks at any salon I've visited. If I wanted just a bang trim, is that full price, too? Ridiculous.

Great Clips goes above and beyond! As soon as I step in, the staff is quick to greet me warmly, setting a welcoming tone. The atmosphere was friendly, making my visit enjoyable. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and is always on point. They provide amazing service and have been always been happy with the product. Great Clips has been my go-to for sometime – I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service.

Horrible haircut. The stylist was defensive and rude. I told her an inch off the length and close to 2 inches off the top layer and to blend. I had to repeat a simple layered cut because she appeared questionable. However, it was all about her and her 13 years experience.
She cut the bottom guideline off by my right ear, hence I have a "cut out" on the right side. That must of been her "oops" when it was about her and not the customer. Because you know, people are human who make mistakes.
She was a coward by not cutting the left side to match the right side. Far from professional and more like personal. Her comment: "It's layered, different lengths." She received a 10 dollar tip out of sympathy. I will not be returning to that salon. I don't have the guts to try another stylist there, especially if they keep that type of work culture

This Great Clips location is one of the best I’ve been to. Paula, a manager, is such a badass and knowledgeable! She is the only person I let touch my hair. I trust her recommendations. You can just tell she has a lot of experience behind her belt. Apparently she’s from Chicago and has had a very loyal clientele in that location. I can see why!
Aside from the customer service, welcoming vibe, and attention to detail, this location is very clean. I’m almost hoping my split ends come back so I can see what other cool layers we can add to my hair!

I drive here all the way from NE Tacoma to see Paula for my haircuts. I’ve only experienced great service, kind staff and minimal wait times. Never had a personal complaint or seen an unhappy customer at the salon. 10/5 stars
Requested style: Short, undercut, fade, taper, long on top- I request it, Paula pulls it off.
Specialties: Personally wear a pixie cut (female short style) and I like to switch it up regularly. Paula is always honest about what will work and it always comes out amazing.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I feel not preaching to the community how amazing this location is would just be wrong. I consistently have outstanding experiences at this Great Clips location, and I attribute it to the exceptional work of their entire staff, but more specifically, Gene, Michelle, and Paula. Each visit is marked by their remarkable skills and attention to detail. What truly sets them apart is their genuine concern for my satisfaction; if ever something isn't perfect, they go above and beyond to rectify it. I eagerly anticipate my bi-weekly haircut, not only for the fresh cut but also for the opportunity to catch up with my stylists who seem genuinely interested in my day/life. Their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. I'll never go back.
Just a normal man's hair cut.
Both times in. They don't listen to what I was hoping for. Last time in the guy was to lazy to put the paper shield around the neck so now I'm wearing who knows how many people's sweat & germs. And I had a ridiculous amount of hair down my shirt

I don’t leave reviews but I have to with this experience. I was at this location at around 2 pm. The gal that cut my hair I’ve never seen before. Young, very thin profile with blue hair. She did an absolute horrible job. I’ve been here about 6 times prior and never had an issue. My cut is pretty common. Skin fade with it fading to a 1/2 on the left side up to the hard part. Right side is blended. She didn’t even get to the skin and at first. She was doing a 1/2 all around and I repeated myself a couple times until she finally understood. Then, when she went to “blend” the rest it wasn’t even blended. I tried saying it needs to be blended more but she kept saying “ok”. Never had someone not understand what I was describing. She struggled very hard to fade up to the hard part. That was really bad. So after repeating myself over and over I just gave up, left, and went to the location in Graham. They fixed it thankfully and they were even confused as to why it was done so horribly.
If the owner of this location sees this, you should be getting a call from the location in Graham. They couldn’t find me after putting in my phone number for some reason. I’m pretty sure you’ll hear about how bad the cut was. Please, if you have people in there that aren’t able to preform certain haircuts, make sure they aren’t doing so because this was embarrassing.

hair stylist made my haircut look like vector from despicable me. also she had a bad attitude and literally said to her co-workers they should be glad she was there because she didn't want to. i am very unhappy she never even asked if it was too long or anything I IMMEDIATELY BOUGHT HATS IT WAS *THAT* BAD. do not go here EVER. woudl rate zero stars f i could

Don't go there .!!!! I went in there and asked for a 3 inch trim .! I have very long hair and he showed me what 3 inches would be I was like ok that's great !! But thennnn he asked if I wanted layers I said I guess but nothing drastic I want to keep my length .!!! Yeaaa he gave me the jellyfish haircut got home had me in tears I had to go get it cut off short so it's more even he didn't do layers he did one LAYER hahah and it was Very drastic sooo ladies or guys just go to a professional salon.!! Oh and he brought up politics and it was VERY hot uncomfortable.!! I had to put one star on here but I give ZERO stars
