Had my 3y old for a cut. He loves haircuts he never moves and at times when he gets a little impatient I can hold his neck and he's back on track. The hairdresser (don't know her name, female with red hair), try to give him a hard part with two different razors and two different blades and told me "this won't happen today", "I'm doing it but it just won't catch his hair". What does that even mean? A "hard part" is literally shaving hair to the scalp in the form of a line. She seemed to be non confident, confused and then the older gentleman who seemed more experienced did it!

I stopped here because it was on my way home from work and was very please with my visit. Only had to wait 5 min and got a great hair cut.
Stylist: She was friendly and fast. It has been a long time since I have had a "razer cut" most people just use siccors and clippers.

I popped in yesterday for a haircut after I learned that my favorite stylist was working until 1:00. I only had to wait 10 minutes until she was done with another customer. It is always enjoyable chatting with Barb while she does wonders with my hair. She asks for input first on what I want and upon completion. She is a great stylist, communicator, friendly and has a sense if humor. I'll be back!

I had specific instructions for what works for my hair. I asked for sides to be feathered back from my face and instead the sides went straight down all one length. There was more than four areas where long hairs were left behind. It looked awful. I went to the Town Center shop a few days later and she was able to shape it and style it to look pretty.

Update from last Saturday. Checkin online the same as always. Super smootha sn easy. The lady that cut my hair did not do a good job of blending the sides. It looked good wet when I left the shop and then you could see the 3 on the bottom with no blending in the middle. It looks poorly done and came out horribly. I tried to make it work, combing and styling it in different directions. Each looks horrible. I told her how I style it and she said I can do that. This needs to be fixed. I would not recommend going here anymore.
Checked in online. Haircut the way I like it.

I’m going to preface this by saying, I went home and shaved my head…
My sister and I went in to get our hair cut for our birthday and It was literally the worst hair cut BOTH of us have ever received.
I’m not picky about my hair. I have a men’s haircut, it’s pretty simple. I gave the gentleman two instructions; 1. Fade it on the sides. 2. Cut enough off the top to take out the faded color. He asked to make sure, “faded on the sides right? Not the shave all the way up?” And I said yes that was correct. He did neither of those things. He first tried to talk me out of what I wanted because it was a very masculine cut. Then he took the shave all the way up the sides and left it all splotchy and not evenly shaved and left the top too long after asking for it shorter twice. He left a ring of hair around both of my ears, didn’t shave my neck, it was entirely lopsided. And when he was done, he didn’t wipe or blow the little hairs off of me. I was covered. Talk about a walk of shame. I was dumbfounded.
My sister had similar issues with the woman cutting her hair. Not at all what she asked for, cut her bangs WAY too short, didn’t even measure, just snipped them off halfway up her forehead and the back was a joke. I’ve never seen a professional haircut so choppy. It was uneven and literally every stand was different lengths. Absolutely insane experience. I shaved my head and straightened up my sisters hair at home. Ruined our birthday.

My haircut was fine, my wife however... the man insisted he was great, he was definitely not. Now my poor wife has a mullet (one with bad layering and weird chunks missing). Booked her with a salon to try to save her hair. If you have long hair, don't get it cut here.
