Have always been happy with my experience at this location. It is the closest Great Clips to myhouse, and i tend to get a haircut about once a month. Each time, the website has been pretty accurate with the est wait time after checking in online. They stylists have been very friendly, and provide a great haircut. I get a pretty basic cut (1-2 on the sides, blended to about a 2-3 fingers length on the top).

She did a good job on my 4 year old sons hair! He even loved it. Also surprised she gave him the hard line which other places say they can't or don't want to do. We will come back!

I can't remember who cut my hair but my hair cut was even on both sides and cut even depth wise. Tho it's just a buzz cut I'm throughly happy. I Went in on a Sunday in the morning. Wasn't busy but that ain't bad. Very professional and friendly. Even was open to chatting and hold a conversation.

Have had pretty good haircuts from here in the past. Using the online check in helps too. But a few weeks ago I got my haircut which turned out pretty good. But the lady cut my neck up so bad with the trimmers. My neck was stinging and on fire for hours. This is not okay to come out of a haircut like this. The lady was friendly, but no wonder she didn't show me the back of my haircut like they usually do. I reached out to Great Clips social media immediately. Took them 3 weeks to respond and they only did after I sent another message saying obviously their company doesn't care. They said they'll forward my information to the owner of that franchise to get a hold of me. Not holding my breath on a response, but wanted to make sure people are aware of what can happen here. Definitely doesn't make me want to come back, there are plenty of other places in Puyallup I've had good haircuts from.

i’ve been going here for like 5 years and in the most recent years (2022 and 2023) i have only gotten 1 good cut from this place. this place never gets me right. it’s like roulette. istg im not gonna come back to this great clips. i personally don’t recommend this place but if you’re in it for the convenience of the online bookings, then go for it.

We have gone to great clips 3 times for our 4.5 year old son, mostly because it is really convenient to be able to check in online. Our son has some sensory issues and getting his hair cut is not easy and I completely understand that it isn't easy to cut his hair. The stylist was extremely kind and really worked with us. She was great. We got home. I noticed his hair was really crooked and didn't look great. No fault of the stylist because my son was really struggling this hair cut and was moving around. I called the store back to see if we could come back in and get it fixed. They were really nice over the phone. My husband took my son back in and said the next stylist was pretty condescending saying that we should speak up if we see something we don't like. She also explained that they don't cut the bangs strait on purpose. She even blamed our son for his bad haircut because he was using his iPad. Which he didn't even have for the first cut. He said the tone really said it all. Honestly, we won't be back. I understand it's stressful when it's busy and I understand that it's frustrating when customers come back. But we weren't blaming anyone. We just noticed after we got home that it was crooked due to his movements and struggles. Everyone there was extremely kind except for this last stylist.
