Gotta love the steady increase in storage rent!...
edit: I'm glad you followed up with me, but I'm confused how 'security, accessibility, and access to in-office employees' could be a cost that's now being reflected on me, considering these things have been consistent for the entire time I've been renting here. Feels like I'm being charged extra just for sticking around.

We have been customers fr 8 years.when we started with them and up until a year or two ago we were able to go through the gate at 6 or 7 Am on the weekends to get our boat unfortunately now we have to wait until 9 which eats into our boat time.they raise the prices but cut down on your availability to get to your items. Most of us with recreational items would prefer to have early access. Honestly if there were somewhere that was close and had covered parking we would move our boat. Basically we are paying $200 a month for it to covered bc they certainly are not providing convenience

I received great customer service. The online service was easy to use. But my internet froze up and I had to go into the office to finish my order. The CSR made the rest of the process quick and easy. They gave me a unit with a great discount price and I still have a great price once the discount expires. I’m very pleased.

Gotta Store It is a great facility. Kori and Robert are so helpful and knowledgeable. I had many questions about the facility due to wanting to store a RV. They both answered them all and made me feel extremely comfortable with making the decision to store there.
