We purchased a used GMC pickup from Sean Levesque and it went so smoothly. Sean is a terrific person and sales professional. He put us at ease and went way above and beyond to make this deal happen. I don't usually even like going to make these deals but Sean was so nice and helped to keep things running smoothly and expeditiously. I would highly recommend him if you need a new vehicle.

My family needed a second car, when I walked into the dealership I was immediately greeted by Sean Levesque and while I my financial and insurance stuff in order. Sean and financing department worked to find me a great car within my price. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I have been searching for this exact vehicle for months!!! After many days of driving hours, we found the one! John Valentine was not your typical "dealer" ...he did not pressure us, was willing to work with us and provided a positive experience... as we HATE buying vehicles based on the past with certain dealers. My husband will be upgrading soon and we will be heading back to see John!

If I could give these people a negative 4 stars!!!!!!!!! I earlier this week to get my oil change and get my car looked at for possible repairs. I usually go to another shop but I thought may be best to get the dealership to look at it. anyways sometimes I have minor smoke coming from my hood (no overheating on the thermostat) and a burnt smell when I turn on heater and ac for long periods. They came back to me stating I had an oil and coolant leak and I need to replace at least the coolant system first but the total cost of everything would be over $7K!!! I'm like whattt??? Mind you there is no leaks under the car. It's still drivable. I had a list of what they were proposing to fix with price of each service! I screen shorted and sent to friend of mine in another state who works on cars. He suggested I go pick up my car immediately some of the things they wanted to charge did not go with what they were saying. I tried to print out the itemized list after I told them I would think about it and that would be picking up my car...well that list was no longer viewable on the service we link, which was weird. Anyway I took my car to reputable mechanic locally. there was only an oil leak no problem with the coolant system no leak elsewhere. Total of $640 to fix oil including spark plugs, valve cover, and a new oil change! This dealership service center is totally trying to scam some people out of their money!! Taking advantage of people...I will never do business here again!

They will give you free oil changes for a year when you buy a new car but they don't tell you that you'll never be able to get in for said oil change. A guy on the phone finally said "drop it off in the morning and pick it up at night and hope we got to it" Dumb.

Terrible customer service. Twice now! Staff here are rude. Felt like I was inconveniencing them. They made multiple comments and slammed things around like they were frustrated with me. I had a appointment and I called the day before to confirm and all was good until I showed up. After 1300 dollars the job was done incorrectly. I paid them and then checked on the work after they said it was complete. (My mistake I should have verified the work). Dealership will not call me back. I have reached out 3 different times. I have never been disrespectful to any of them. I have been more than patient and this is how I was treated. I recommend looking else where for service. I'm very disappointed that this was the result. And I certainly hope someone from the dealership reads this and tries to make this right. It's the right thing to do.

I absolutely love this dealership. The salesman are wonderful and very helpful and informative. I also love the service department as well. they are always very cheerful and smiling every time I bring my vehicle in for service. I bought my car here and will always have my car serviced here. 10/10 highly recommend.

When you have to call a business for 2 hours and get put on hold several times and get disconnected while on hold it's ridiculous. When you finally reach someone they tell you they are short handed and rude to you . This is supposed to be a family owned business and treat people with respect. Maybe the owner should be there more often so people can be treated with respect. If it wasn't for the customers no one would have a job there. No one needs to be disrespected. It's not the customers fault you are short staffed. Treating your customers with respect and loyalty will bring you more business and not drive them away.

I recently purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado Trailboss. At 11,484 miles the engine blew while I was driving on the freeway. GM roadside assistance towed my vehicle to Jet Chevrolet because it was closer to my house. I immediately notified Harnish Chevrolet because I purchased the vehicle at that location. My salesman from Harnish told me that they couldn't do anything because my vehicle was at Jet Chevrolet. Meanwhile Jet Chevrolet couldn't find me a rental so they ended up getting me a UHAUL !!!!!!!! I found out that the infamous "failed lifter" issue that the 2019-2021 Chevy Silverado's were suffering from, is exactly what happened to my 2022. At this point, I had my vehicle towed to Harnish Chevrolet to let them deal with the issue. I spoke with the salesman and let him know that I don't want to swap into another Trailboss because I will likely have the same issue. We looked at a few other vehicles, one that was the same model but a diesal. He ran some numbers and then came back with the usual overpriced discount here, discount there, add this to your existing loan, but we can take this off because we like you. Discount BS !!!!!!! After everything that I just experienced, plus I am now upside down in a truck that will be fixed, who knows when???!!! I just walked out of there due to pure frustration !!!!! I don't even want my vehicle back !!!!! Buyers--be careful buying these Silverados, this is a common issue and on top of this, you will have to deal with the dealership. Trust me, you don't want to be in a situation like this .
