We have been so pleased with the service that State Farm and Gerry Moody's office has provided for us since 2001. Mariette who is on staff there has been especially helpful and patient throughout the years explaining and answering questions. I so appreciate the outstanding service we have received for both our home and auto insurance.

I am in the process of an out-of-state move, which comes with many challenges, and becoming a first time home owner as well which is exciting (and stressful). Gerry's office has been amazing, especially our agent Heather. She has gone above and beyond with our state-to-state transfer and has made every step so easy for us. Mariete blamed the postal service for my bill being late, hmm, my americsn family insurance bill came yesterday, its due on sept 7th ,nobody else i do business with has a problem getting my bills to me , apparently marriettes vacation was more important to her than finding the truth with all the problems we had with this agency, i knew we were in trouble when mariette did our estimate ,and then asked us if it looked right, what i thought this was her main job, needless to say we have permenantly stopped business with state farm
