This is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t even call to ask about the availability of mobile repair services. Companies are getting so cheap replacing receptionist with AI technology.

Drop by this afternoon to have my windshield replaced. The staff there was top-notch. They treated me with respect and went as quickly as they could. Safelite:? I stopped in today to get my Vehicle windshield replaced. The front office representative may of been one of the best people you can meet. Her hospitable presence really set the standard while waiting for my vehicle.The young man who took my keys ensured that the stickers on the damaged glass was not tossed away.It appears the repairs have met the high standard expected.While you wait, there’s complimentary beverages that is well stocked and the areas are very clean and feels very welcoming.Thank you Safelite!

Had a windshield chip repaired at this location. After the repair nothing in its appearance had changed but i was told beforehand that it would not change visually. Less than two weeks later i have a 4+ inch crack originating from the chip that was repaired. Other places i have had repairs done have made the chip almost disappear.Service: Auto windshield repair

Made an appointment online and got a confirmation email the morning of. Dropped my car off and was told it would be ready in about 4-6 hours. Waited 5 hours and went back only to be told they didn't have the glass and no work was done. Absolutely horrible service. No contact, no info, not even a phone call at any point during that time to be told the work wouldn't be done. Complete waste of my time.

I have used genuine before but when my insurance company set me up with their competition across the river I was unsure how that would work out. Well it didn't since they ordered the wrong windshield and made it worse reinstalling it. I then called and told them I wanted Genuine to do it. Not only did Genuine order the correct windshield but they installed it in under an hour!! The cameras did not even need to be recalibrated. I will always use Genuine for my glass if the need arises again. Oh and by the way Mazda and Toyota both recomend Genuine and not ****lite so what does that tell you.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Used them for a windshield replacement. They were close to my office and my insurance accepted them. Intake was simple and straight forward. Appointment was easy to set up. However service was an issue. My car was driven to another dealer without my consent or knowledge. My car was filthy from being stepped on and a wheel mark as well. I only found out they drove my car because I track mileage for work and my odometer had 18 miles on it from being there. The damage to my wheel should have been mentioned as well as their need to drive my car to another place. It was stated on final bill that I got a copy of but signed no where at drop off. Great customer service. Got it done sooner than I thought. Even honored the warranty. 3 days after I got a new windshield. I got s chop on it. They fixed it at no cost!

I'm new to the neighborhood. I showed up for a rock chip repair appointment, and there had been a call center location mixup , so I wasn't on the schedule.
