Went in for a massage and adjustment on my first visit. A lot of instructions and paperwork right off the bat so you should expect at least 7 minutes of writing even if you've done intake online. Once all the paperwork is turned in, they take me to get the massage. I've had about a dozen massages in my life so I'm not an expert but this was hands down the worst massage I've ever had. Katie, I believe her name is, was my massage therapist. She asked what were my problem areas and I answered as she wrote them down. She also asked how much pressure I'd like and I replied all that she had... About 2 minutes in I could already tell the massage was not going to live up to my expectation as she applied light to moderate pressure during the massage, which can be expected from someone that may not have the strength to dig in but, when it comes to the large muscle groups in the legs I would expect a professional to use more than their fingers on my quads or drawing out my tibia like it's going to be effective. I also mentioned to Katie in the beginning that I just went snowboarding two days prior to the appointment so there's plenty of muscle soreness and knots throughout my entire lower body that I was sure the therapist would hit, even if by accident but she managed to miss every one of them. All of the focus areas that I stated at the beginning did not get addressed and to be honest it just didn't seem like she knew what she was doing.My chiropractic adjustment was great.

This company is great. Most chiropractors I’ve gone to I leave hurting more than when I came in. When I have gone here I’ve left feeling like they helped get me back in place without being too aggressive and hurting.Plus their massage therapist is great!

I have been coming to Genesis Chiropractic since I was a child. I have been in two car accidents and have scoliosis. Dr. Marc and Dr. Jacob are both really nice and knowledgeable. 100% recommend

So far so good. I'm see being treated by McKee for a horrible back issue. Time is progress. The staff are friendly and I'm in and out at a reasonable timeframe. I'm on my 8th visit and notably seeing improvements. One start missing for their waiting room chairs, not comfortable at all. Then again maybe that's my back. Also here they do the manual adjusting so it's what I remember years ago when I seen a Chiropractor. Last year I tried one and it was just the tool that ticks on you and didn't like that. So I will update this again hopefully when I don't feel my back anymore.
