Failure to provide invoice as requested. very aggressive threatening to impound over simple request for written invoice, prior to providing v. Claims and lied he reached repeatedly. No missed calls.
Highly do not recommend.

if you live in WA , dont use Gene's Towing ever, they will steal your babyseat, your belongings, extort you for 1000$ on an illegal tow, and then lie about everything, and then claim that they're doing everything legal, just like politicians, and lawyers

Driver met us, pulled our car fairly quickly right up on the trailer, and away we went to our destination. He was very friendly and knew his job very well. When we got to our destination, down it went right in place. He was great!!! Gene’s was very reasonable on towing rates too - saved us over $100 from other quotes we received for moving our classic car. I highly recommend their services.

State Patrol had my car towed here after totaling it on S-167. Tow driver gave me a ride and was very friendly the whole drive. The lady at the front on the other hand, was extremely rude and unfriendly. Called three times regarding payment and was told three different prices.
Attempted to get stuff out of my car and help load my car onto a trailer the day I paid and picked it up but she refused to let me go back there. As well as refused to let my friend in the front office despite him paying for the car impound. Any time I had to talk to him or collect the money I had to step outside to speak with him. Very odd practices.
Don’t recommend getting toward to the Puyallup Gene’s towing if given the choice. Also, no restrooms despite being a paying customer.

So Gene’s Towing you really should very proud of your staff. Dakota was definitely an angel in a tow truck the dispatcher I hate that I didn’t get her name she was also an angel! If I’m ever in need of a rescue I’m definitely giving them a call first! I totally 1000% recommend.

Worst customer service and people in the towing industry. My truck was stolen then recovered the next day, the sheriff’s department called Gene’s because I was over an hour away at work. We also have theft insurance on my truck. My wife was in contact with our insurance company and Gene’s, the truck released to us. Tammy at Gene’s towing assured my wife that they will tow the truck to our house because we were heading into a 3 day holiday weekend. By 6pm the truck never showed up, my wife called Gene’s and the guy that answered said they don’t offer towing, wouldn’t give her his name, called her a liar and hung up on her. Now the truck will be held hostage by scam artists till after new years

Worse place to deal with!!! My truck was stolen yesterday and recovered this morning. They towed it to this placed. I called around 1:00pm and spoke to Tammy and verbally released it to be towed back to my home and that they had my permission to speak to my insurance company. I confirmed with Tammy that it would be towed back to my house 2x and that they will call me or my husband to let me know when it would be on the way. She stated yes and it was early in the day so they would have no problem doing this service today!!! I called my insurance company right after to let my claims adjuster know I spoke with the towing company and gave them my verbal consent to have it towed to my house and they can speak to them, my insurance.5:30pm, I called my husband to see if the truck has been delivered and he hasn't seen or nor got a call. I called back to see the status. First woman wasn't sure and then I was passed to a man and told me, no it hasn't been towed and it won't be. I asked why and he told me, "you misunderstood her"! What?? How? I explained to him that I asked her to confirm and she did that 2x!! She even stated that everything was taken care of on my part and the truck would be towed to my house today! I even asked if they would call to let me know when it is on the way, which Tammy did! He responded, "I been here since 7am and I heard the conversation." I asked if he heard me when I asked her to confirm and she was going to call when it was on the way. He then told me I was wrong, he did not address when I asked if he heard me confirm with Tammy or if he heard me ask the questions because why would I ask to be called when the truck was on its way if I assumed it was all taken care of? Makes no sense besides they want to keep another vehicle in their yard to charge more money. He then told me they DO NOT provide that service. What service?? Towing??? I took another phone to start recording the conversation, I asked him for his name, he told me he was NOT giving his name to me! What???? I told him I wasn't being disrespectful or cursing. Why not let me know his name? What kind of customer service is this??? He kept talking over me then just said "have a good night" and HUNG UP on me!! Can you say "scam???"Tammy, if you are reading this, you know you told me it was taken care of and it was going to be towed back to my house! And you confirmed that you would call to let us know when the truck was on its way!!! I was home early today and my husband was home at 3pm. If I knew Gene's Towing was going to keep the truck to up our bill, (especially because it's a holiday weekend) I would have went to Gene's in person or my husband would have! And Tammy knew that because I even asked her if I needed to come down there in person. But she confirmed there was NO need because all they needed was a verbal consent to speak to my insurance, which she asked about my insurance information and consent to tow it to my home!!!People say, "support your small businesses"! GENE'S Towing, you are a scam and rude!!!!

They are efficient, and in the past when they've come to 'save me' from a car issue they are prompt, courteous, and great service. I recently had them tow a totaled vehicle from an accident scene, and they were great working with my insurance and helping to give me some direction in the process.

I called to have a vehicle removed from my private property and was yelled at and hung up on. Told me I had to wait 24hrs even though I have a sign posted. Horrible experience. I would have used cascade but they didn't have a truck big enough. Awful customer service and this was from the dispatch supervisor. The law states nonresidential private property. In this instance it is a residential private property where I live and therfore is able to be towed without the notice! Next time maybe you should either a, listen to what the customer is saying or b, make sure you understand the law before you start yelling at a customer and hanging up.

No issues from first contact, to the pick up and delivery of my son's car. I would definitely use Gene's Towing again if needed.
