We bought a used trailer from them. As we started renovating it, we discovered that all of the walls had been covered up, concealing a large degree of rot underneath. As we started to renovate more, it became apparent that virtually all of the walls had rot, and that it was concealed; an outlet was even covered up by the new siding that was put up. Once we discovered the extent of the rot, I reached out to the seller and he said he could recommend repairmen to me, but did not offer to refund or make the repairs at no cost to me. I have since asked for a refund; I have called once and emailed twice and have not heard back. Buyer beware!
