If I could give this location a zero I would. I dropped my packaged off to issac and he helped me ship out my beats headphones and told me all I had to do was give my information and the recipients information and pay the $18 to ship. Three or four days later my cousin received the box of headphones empty. An employee stole my headphone that were “unopened” and shipped out an empty box. I have documentation of the whole thing. Called to talk to the manager and the assistant manager Julian, said I would have to go through customer service which I did but that the general manager “buddy” would reach out to me. After talking to buddy he said he would check the cameras and after checking he got back to me and said that the headphones shipped “perfectly” obviously not perfect considering the package showed up to my cousins house EMPTY!! I have been patient, very patient, but I haven’t heard anything from anyone related to fedEx in weeks. I’m extremely lost at words, I have lost all faith in fedEx and highly suggest not shipping anything through them, save your time and energy and go through UPS.

There is no way to call and talk to a human. The recording just keeps telling you to talk to it. I don't want to talk to a machine. I have a simple question. It should not be so difficult to talk to someone to get an answer to one question.

Stopped in today to get a book spiral-bound. The gal that helped me was so pleasant and did a great job. The store was busy. Some people had to wait a long time as both workers were busy. Both of the people working apologized to everyone that was waiting, acknowledged every person as they entered the store, and thanked customers for waiting when they were checking out. It was so nice to see such excellent customer service.

The girl at the counter was very unpleasant. Rude. Not helpful. Pushing extra charges instead of listening. I had to take my business somewhere else. This service deserves 0 star.

As someone who sells items online for extra income, I use FedEx's drop off shipping service quite a bit. It usually takes an extra few days for the package to get to the buyer than if I were to ship through USPS but I like that when I come here it's a quick easy process- I've never had to spend more than maybe 10 minutes here if that which is definitely not the case with Puyallup's USPS who normally has a line out the door and could have you waiting in line an hour before being helped at the counter. Some days I really don't mind waiting like that but I don't always have the time for it. FedEx is also generally the cheaper option between the two- I can send out pretty big and heavy packages for almost half the cost of the post office. Last night I went in and I didn't have a box big enough for the item I was sending out and an employee assisted me almost immediately and the box was only like $8 here and the employee basically did all the work boxing it up for me using extra care and adding paper around the item for extra cushioning, not the ridiculous $20 they charge for the same sized box as the post office and they don't really assist you with the packaging of the item when you're purchasing a box there. I'm tempted to just go through FedEx for all my shipping needs now and only go to USPS to pick up my incoming P.O. Box packages. In conclusion, I'm highly satisfied with the level of customer service FedEx provides and will continue to use their service!

Usually a good location, they're supposed to be open at 9am on Saturdays and I arrived at 9:20am to a completely lights off closed store with no note on the door to explain why.

We went to self services...its the cheaper way to get your prints, and the staff is always so helpful asking if we need assistance or need help picking the right size or laminating!! I always do our prints and copies at this store!! ? %

I use my credit card two times there to do a few copies and get charged $20. $10 for each time I put my card in. It's very s***** and unprofessional and I don't agree with it at all. I need my money back in the bank. I won't be using any credit cards there anymore that's for sure.
