Soutsakhone is a wonderful agent! Out of the whole 30 yrs I've had insurance with various companies she is the 1st one who thoroughly explained my coverage options. She is very intelligent and explain in a way that is easy to understand. I feel she truly cares about me & my family's well being and I'm happy with the insurance program she set up for us including the financial services. She also does a great job in keeping in contact with me to make sure that all my insurance needs are up to date. I highly recommend her. She is a true gem!

As a first time. Home buyer. The experience can easily become overwhelming. Soutsakhone Soukphaly was professional friendly. And extremely helpful. She took the time to find farmers insurance. Options. That meet my individual needs. And provided me a quote in a very timely manner. That included these options. But also let me know my costs if I chose not to utilize them. So that I could easily. Make a choice and purchase insurance. But it gave me confidence.

Soutsakhone was the only agent who was able to find a policy for my start up company. I worked with 3 other agents who all regretted to inform me that they did not have a market for me. Not only was she able to find a policy to cover my basic needs getting started, but her and her amazing team were also able to find another policy with improved coverage, which will allow me to further expand my business.
