I've been living here for over a decade n yes 5 6 years ago it's was not the best place to live but once they hired our new manger marla she cleaned this place up got all the riff raft drug attics are all gone it's a very nice place to live

I’m assuming the old and negative posts do not reflect the new management this place is beautiful it’s so family friendly it’s truly a community everyone is so nice and management is super helpful anytime a tenant needs something great maintenance quiet little area but still super close to Walmart , pierce college, Home Depot , schools for kids ,, and lots of other places ask for Marla she helped our family even with credit issues :) thank you ?

The property manager Marla has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met from the moment we first met her she was very willing to work with us and our credit issues the property is very well maintained and kept up very nice

This is the worst place ever to live. If you live in any of the apartments 20 and above they stalk you and harass you all the time. They have other people watch you. You can't smoke on the property even though you pay rent. They don't keep up on the work around the complex and it stinks like crap because of the sewer is all messed up. People always drinking and leaving drugs in parking lot and garbage. They take your money and can't show where it goes. It's a horrible place to live and there's reasons why they can't fill them lol it sucks! They have no budget to fix anything and they skip over things to get you into the apartments. It's trash

This place is broke down moldy with shifty ass druggies and creepers who creep behind your place while your asleep. Manager is a stuck up that that has attitude with everyone probably cuts she's a fat ass!!! Can't get a hold of Phillips real estate who owns the place they won't fix nothin so they cab suck a fattie too I'm posting this to let the ppl know u like drugs and drama come like here been tryin to get paper work ok put my 20days in and can't get a hold of no one so they can jump off a cliff ill leave when I leave then no notice cuts they can't provide me with one!!!
