I usually have a good experience when I go to this store location because of their product selection and there are more friendly people at the self-checkout station. Today, I tried to do another return at the customer service center this morning, but couldn't return it because the receipt on my phone was from 4/28/23. I just passed the 90 days with it being 93 days. Write a letter to the Manager explaining that my paper receipt had been stolen and I was having phone issues with people stealing my phone and deleting my receipts on my phone. I was still able to find it since the Avia bra was purchased earlier than I had thought. So I still had my receipt, but was over the mark for 3 days even though I had mentioned that my paper receipt had been stolen. I was told to wait 2 times by two White American women while I was there after I was standing at the counter already. There were not 2 women helping the same lady who was at the counter standing next to me. The other one was just standing there. So I waited until the other customer service representative finished with her return for the same customer. There was no one standing in line behind me and there were three employees at the counter. Two of them mentioned that the time had passed so it was too late and that they couldn't override it. During Covid, they closed the fitting rooms down while I was trying to purchase a pair of specific pants for a new job uniform. So I purchased the pants anyway because I needed them for work and I couldn't find a black pair of pants that was affordable elsewhere. Unfortunately, they didn't fit me as they were too big and falling off of my hips that I still couldn't hold them up with a clip. I went back within the 30 days timeframe with my receipt and they said that they couldn't return it because no one is allowed to return clothes during Covid. I lost $12 while I didn't have much because I was waiting for my first paycheck to help me pay for my bills. The only other pair of pants I could find was $60 and I couldn't afford them. There was also another time when I was in the middle of a checkout at the self-checkout counter and I forgot my wallet in the car. When I got back, my cart full of products was put in the customer service center instead of where she placed it with a note that had my name on it. There were also additional products put inside the cart that I didn't have in there. I tried to explain to her that those items were not included and I also couldn't find the receipt for my transaction to continue finishing the purchase. She was dismissive with me so I had to wait in line again at the customer service counter and then have another representative help me ring it up again. There were crabby customers who were starting to make a fuss over me taking so long because there were not many representatives at the counter. These have been the three main issues I have had with this particular store over the past few years. Other than that, I have been receiving friendliness from other supervisors willing to help me find an item around the store or help me make corrections on my self-service counter screen. They've also offered assistance to put my products back that I had changed my mind on. For this instance, since I've already lost money beforehand due to no acceptance of a return or exchange, I really would like my money back for the $15.98 + tax bra that I had purchased that is brand new sitting inside of a plastic bag because it was a little too small and I need the next size up.

I'm not sure to blame Walmart of Uber (or who delivers for Walmart). Every time we have an order delivered, the GPS they have to use, sends them around 4-5 miles away. They need to update their GPS or allow the drivers to use their own GPS programs. For the price that we have to pay for the month, it should have better service than we have right now. Trying to talk the person that orders from it all the time to quit ordering and cancel the service. Get things that we didn't order because they are substituting for something we don't want. I won't order from it and would rather go to the store myself and make sure the order is correct.

Yes, I was very impressed with this place considering I don't think we have a true "supercenter" in the islands. The sheer size of this place is incredible which obviously means that they have to have a wider selection of items at the cheapest prices around. All that is great and we definitely loaded up on a bunch of groceries and toiletry items for our 2-month stay in Seattle. But what pissed me off about my experience was the customer service. We went to the liquor aisle where all hards are locked in a case. There is a call button to press when you need service. We pressed it about 20 times, and waited for about 15 minutes (along with another customer) and no one came. One of my friends spoke with an employee who indicated that they would send someone, but again no one came. My other friend said we should've just broke in to the case to get some service LOL. So unprofessional and just made the whole experience irritating.

I've ordered groceries to be delivered and had issues where items weren't delivered (and driver cared less), shopper didn't pick correct substitutions, and a delivery that went to the wrong house, so I went back to pickup. This last order was the worst! These are items I received and then Walmart Chat Agent wouldn't refund all that I paid and couldn't care less about shorting me. Check pics of what I received.

I hate this place kids don't even have any privileges here the worst store ever I tried buying something and the lady came up to me and took my stuff and canceled my stuff the service is the worst some of the food is rotten

At 8:50 p.m. on February 5th I was bullied by three Associates two of which claim to be managers I was asked for my receipt well before I got to the door which I quickly showed because I actually wasn't leaving the store yet I was going to Subway I ordered a pretzel and upon leaving I now have three workers around me demanding I show the receipt again when I denied and start walking the other way cuz my car was parked on the other side of the store a worker grabbed all the items out of my cart I was Furious but really trying to keep a level head I tried to explain to them that I don't have to legally show a receipt I couldn't believe that I was getting robbed by a Walmart employee I did show the receipt to get my items back but really the whole situation was ridiculous and uncalled for

The night staff is garbage. Before going in I checked to see if they take Apple Pay, online it says they do so great I go in and get my one item. I go to pay and they do not take Apple Pay. Fine whatever, the issue is how the staff handled that. I said ok cool, and have them just a heads up that it says online they do. The lady comes at me and says "ok well use the website" lol. Maybe she doesn't know how Apple Pay or contactless payment works. Garbage customer service then again it's Walmart.

I would give zero star if I can. Horrible service and horrible attitude from a Asian lady around the first self checkout spot. Stay away from this Walmart.

This place is A crap hole even by Walmart standards. They now lock up their diabetic supplies including the $.99 glucose tablet thatI have to keep on hand. I guess the 99 cent glucose tablets were walking out the door. Also they lock up the whitening strips and the whitening toothpaste. I went in there and I had to get both of those, I was in the store for 45 minutes and I asked numerous different employees if they could get a key so I can get some white strips and glucose tablets and they all told me to ask somebody else or to go up front and and because they had no I would have a key and then would. NONE of the Walmart employees I asked could help me I mean seriously? Telling a customer to go ask somebody else or telling them they didn't know. My family and my business will NEVER go to any Walmart again. And you know what I drove down the street to target, and I asked the employee in target that I saw when I walked in the door where the white strips were and they actually said come with me I'll show you and they walked me over to where they were and asked me if I needed help finding the type I needed! Target run and done from now on. Screw Meridian Walmart.

Came to get toilet paper 10 minutes before close, the lady locked the door in my face and ignored me when I tried to get her attention. The guy saw me and let me in, as I'm leaving she checks my receipt for toilet paper?? And I asked why? This lady says to "we only need to check some peoples receipt" crazy this Walmart f****** sucks.

Only the bananas rung up as listed. Bondo and paint thinner and some other stuff all were not as listed on shelves, and I don't have time to argue with employees about what price it is. If you going to shop here take pictures of the price list

Absolutely horrible service. I needed to replace a couple of tires on my commuting car. I arrived at 8:42am 3rd of march. Ilas I stood at the counter a representative came to the counter and said nothing, no good morning, how can I help you. I proceeded to say good morning and as for the front tires I was looking for. She did not bother to look them up simply said do you have an appointment. If you don't I cannot help. All three bays were empty not a single customer was being helped. She stated we have one appointment scheduled on about 10min I waited the 10 min nobody arrived. What happened to service? This is an hourly employees dream. No work or customers, kick back all those who don't have an appointment regardless if no one is in the bay getting worked done. What a shame

No one wants to help at this store. Tons of employees walking around, talking to one another but no one helps. Even after asking for help still no help. If your going to lock stuff up then you should be willing to have helpers to open them. I will not be going to this Walmart again. Unreal how rude employees are as well. I had the same two people walk by my several times and refuse to even make sure contact just walked by faster.

I am not even sure where to start with this review. I really think Walmart needs to stop hiring little teenagers and start hiring people who actually have developed brains. You have so many teenagers running around the store "pretending" to work and accomplishing absolutely nothing. I asked a girl standing in the mirror aisle where the rash cream was but she was too busy making tiks toks to answer my question. She had the audacity to tell me to just look it up on the walmart app. At this point I was ready to walk out and take my business elsewhere. But i knew my kids wanted a new card game so we walked to the back of the store to grab just one more item before leaving. Out of nowhere this teenager who clearly worked at this store comes flying out of the aisle on a tricycle, nearly wiping my kid off of his feet. If anything would have have happened to my kid, I would have been suing. You guys got lucky but I will be in touch with corporate about this matter. I wish I could have given you zero starts but thats not possible so I give you a one.
