Had the opportunity to visit downtown bike in wonderful Cashmere. Can't go wrong with this place! The selection is wonderful and the owner's product knowledge and attention to detail is superb. Aaron really cares about ensuring you get a bike that fits your needs. My wife and I walked out with a bike that she will enjoy for many years to come!

I had a Poseidon Redwood I ordered I wanted put together. I decided I would pick up my emergency pump and spare tubes from the store to help support a small local business. Instead he sold me the wrong tubes and hurried me out of the store. I didn’t even notice until I got home. The Poseidon has 27.5” tires and he sold me 29” tubes. It’s a 1.5 hour drive so not worth going back for the $$. How does a bike shop owner make that mistake?

I can’t thank the owners of Down Town Bike specifically,Aaron Todd enough for the last minute repairs they did to keep my bike going during our fundraising event! They were knowledgeable and provided fast service. Day two of our our ride my bike was riding the smoothest it had in over a year! I will be a loyal patron for years to come! Thank you!

Made the trip here from Ephrata because of reviews and shop pics. My ebike needed a 100 mile tune and the owner greeted me with a smile and a quick inspection on the spot. He was also able to accommodate me with a same day turnaround which was awesome! Ended up picking up a strider for my son as well. Great shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The reviews don't lie! Will be coming here exclusively for all bike needs. Can't recommend enough. ?
