Customer service sucks, dirty trashy store. Snotty staff. My son waited in line for 20 minutes to be told the cashier was closing, sent him to another 20 minute line. When I complained she said "not my problem". Management needs to know . She worked cash register #3 early Sunday afternoon December 16, 2023. She looked Hispanic, I'm assuming she also racist against whites.

Lines are long during rush hour-same as traffic hours- and weekends especially sunday,otherwise they always are friendly and well stocked, if there is staff they will open additional registers.

Little Napoleons: managers at the Dollar Tree, River Road, Puyallup, WA The managers aren't well trained; and some, not suited for management. They get newly promoted and get a little power, and use it to harass the overworked associates. They feel entitled to be demeaning to associates, with no idea how to manage employees. The customers are great!

I don't usually make reviews however in this case I have to, I purchased a lot of items on 04/01 for an event that end up being canceled so I had to return. I understand the policy that they do not do refunds but exchanges. On my first receipt I bought a total of 13 frames when I did the exchange the cashier only scanned 5 and put the rest under the counter WITHOUT scanning. I asked if my exchanges was enough to cover everything he said yes. I didn't bother to ask why he didn't scan the rest of the frames but decided to check my receipt later, I got home and carefully checked it. As I suspected he did not scan all my frames from my first purchase, the very next day I went back with both my receipts as proof the manager said she has to review the security footage I explained to her in deep details of what he did that day. Manager called my phone the next day and said cashier only scanned 5 frames I said "YOU DONT SEE THE PART WHERE HE GRABBED THE REST AND PUT IT UNDER THE COUNTER!!" She said no, she couldn't help me at all she wasn't rude although I wasted $10 that day. I went back the same day they called and ask to see the footage in person she wouldn't allow it, so I asked for my receipts back and will post this review hoping I can get some kind of compensation for this. Yes it's $10 however in times like this, $10 can do a lot for me.

One specific checker was actually kind of nasty. This is the second time she has been nasty. She should be fired. I bought a cart full of stuff (I buy stuff online) and then was told I couldn't take the cart to my car, I could bring my car to the door to load. So I did that and then she had the gall to report that I needed to move my car...my car was in the fire lane. SHE TOLD ME TO PARK THERE!! I think I'll stop ordering from this store.
