They only ever have 1 register open. 13 people standing in line, 1 single cashier while the manager sits on their butt in the office. Just go to Walmart, the coin change increase in price is worth paying to not have to stand in such a ridiculous line. This is the only dollar tree that does this in the vicinity. Canyon road, pacific ave, and Lakewood town center do not have this problem.

As far as dollar stores go, this one is clean - well stocked, plenty of employees, clean smelling too and the employees look like they somewhat aren't underpaid too severely.
Honestly places like this exist to help poor people and I'm glad they do

The person at the cash register by the name of Mark was very unfriendly and rude. You would expect a cashier and a customer service position to be friendly and congenial. Makes for a very unpleasant experience..

I watched a worker fill almost 20 balloons knowing that I was at the register waiting for her to scan my stuff. Meanwhile the other guy helped 5 people, and I had my stuff already up on the counter. A 3rd worker came in and tried to justify the worker filling the balloons, but yet she sat down and couldnt come and scan my stuff. I stood there for almost 10 minutes. I am a returning customer and now I'll stay away. 3 workers and I had to wait?! Thats terrible.

Always one of the better stores. It is nlt overrun by cjstomers nor staff. One can mostly walk around & find what they want. You of coursr, can find additional items. Like a store should be. The staff has been great!

Customer service sucks, dirty trashy store. Snotty staff. My son waited in line for 20 minutes to be told the cashier was closing, sent him to another 20 minute line. When I complained she said "not my problem". Management needs to know . She worked cash register #3 early Sunday afternoon December 16, 2023. She looked Hispanic, I'm assuming she also racist against whites.

Lines are long during rush hour-same as traffic hours- and weekends especially sunday,otherwise they always are friendly and well stocked, if there is staff they will open additional registers.

This dollar tree has SO MUCH stuff I’ve been looking for that I saw on social media and couldn’t find at my local dollar trees. Recommend this one for sure!
