At the time that I was there the lady at the checkout counter she asked for additional help for a check out girl to open up another Lane and she went unheard as a trooper and team player as she was she kept on trucking and cashed out everybody that was in the store by herself I commend her for that I don't know her name but congratulations

I was in there this afternoon and the two ladies working were kind, helpful and delightful. I watched them help and support each other while dealing with a large crowd. Then, just as the busy started to slow they backed each other up with jokes, kind remarks and helping a disabled customer to her car. Outstanding service, outstanding team!!!

Seriously the best Dollar Tree I’ve been too It’s the most well organized, clean and well stocked DT. As a crafter they have all the supplies Im looking for. They have a good selection and variety of crafting supplies/blanks, along with the other popular stuff I typically see on social media. I was pleasantly surprised I usually go to the auburn one but moved. The auburn DT is the complete opposite it’s a hot mess I stopped going after I was followed around the store by a creepy guy. With this location I had a similar situation and when I went to check out the guy left his empty basket and went outside so I told the cashier I didn’t feel safe walking to my car and she was sweet and called another associate to walk me to my car. I appreciate the effort they went for me!

Little Napoleons as managersThe managers aren't well trained; and some, not suited for management. They get newly promoted and get a little power, and use it to harass the overworked associates. They feel entitled to be demeaning to associates, with no idea how to manage employees. The customers are great!

Ever since they've had new management the store has been fully stocked with a lot of different options, cleaner and the customer service has been wonderful!

It was horrible. The cashiers took like 15 minutes each customer and I had to get somewhere and it took about 45 minutes in line just for 3 customers worst store I've ever been to ever in my life. Never coming back.

I understand people stealing the carts. But ya put the poles on so people can't get them out the door. I shop once a month for my cleaning chemicals for my restaurant I spend over a 100$ and have no way to get all my bags to the car without parking in front of the store in a fire lane and it's not worth a ticket. Maybe keep a couple carts without poles for shoppers like me.

Long lines. Help came 7 mins after someone called for help. Only after 10 minutes. This is the only case where slow money isn't the best tactic. Get them help or customer service training.
