Although I am not insured with them, I just needed to give credit where it is due. I work at a glass shop and deal with glass replacement claims and Mallory is the best person to work with. She helped me get a customer situated and handled everything that was going on without hesitation. She kept me informed and helped me figure some issues out and didn't even flinch when I asked her a million and one questions. The situation at hand was of course frustrating, however talking to her was the best part about it. I wish that dealing with ALL insurance was as delightful as she made it. She improved my day so much and I appreciate it more than she will ever know.

My payments with 21st Century kept increasing to the point where I had to make a change. I had to do some changes on my mother's policy that was with Dan Knoll State Farm. I spoke with Mallory at the office and was very impressed with her demeanor. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful which lead to her giving me a quote for my 5 cars. I was thrilled with what she was able to do for me and reduce my payments by over three hundred dollars per MONTH!!! Soooo Happy!

She is quick to answer any questions I have and went over and above to get the paperwork needed for my recent tow claim. Having worked in the insurance business for the past 10 years, I know first hand how difficult it can be to balance many things at once, while providing great service, but Kelly has truly mastered this art! If I could give a zero rating I would. Dan is an disrespectful arrogant old fart who won't even leave his desk to welcome you to his office. After being with Dan for over 20 years I was recently hit by an uninsured motorist. He basically told me I was screwed and was not covered. If he would of actually looked at my policy I WAS and the great people of State Farms corporate office helped me. When my current policy is up I will be shopping for a new insurance agent. Thanks for nothing Dan.
