Kelsi & Keau very very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak to. They showed us our storage unit and walked me through the process of reserving the storage unit in the office even though I could have done it on line. Thank for the amazing customer service.

I upgraded my unit and the process was quick. The only frustrating part is when I called I thought I was speaking with a rep at the storage place but was informed that it's the call center and the information given by the call center is not accurate. The receptionist at the storage center was helpful and explained the actual process.

We just moved into a storage unit today. The process was easy and had great customer service. I had a lock issue and when I called and spoke with Kathy she came right away and even brought us a cart. The only thing I think they can improve on is signing the contracts online it was not very phone friendly however Kathy was able to help fill in any blanks. Also great price for each unit managed to get a bigger unit for less money

I have rented many a storage unit over my lifetime I’m 69 years young. I’m giving Daffodil Storage Units a 5 star rating. I’m very happy to have this storage space and it’s inside so my belongings are safe and secure and warm inside my storage locker. Elizabeth was very helpful in explaining all I needed to know the size that was right for my storage needs. You’re also given a lock and key set to use while atStorage. You have access till 9pm which is great and you can key yourself in with your PIN code. All in All it’s a great storage facility clean and convenient. If you’re looking for a great storage place I highly recommend Daffodil Storage is a great place to store your stuff.

I have had a unit with Daffodil Storage for a year and a half. Not one problem. The facility is always spotless, the staff offer the very best in customer service and will handle any matter quickly and professionally.
