We truly enjoyed working with Colleen and the D² Home Group team. Colleen is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We first reached out to her a couple of years before we were ready to sell our home. She patiently waited for us. When the time came she and her team seamless had our home staged and put on the market. It was a wonderful experience.
When we decided to purchase a fixer upper this past winter, she was our go to. She helped us through some back and forth price negotiations, even while on vacation. Once under contact, she was available to let us and various contractors in to get bids while waiting to close.
She also, has numerous contacts. A couple of the contractors we met with were referrals from Collen. Our mortgage company was a referral from Colleen. She even had an Eastern Washington realtor referral for my mom.

Colleen was so wonderful and her team was great support while we were going through the whole process, from searching to pen to paper. She has all the connections from great lenders to awesome handymen to get you over any hiccups after move in.

I sold my second home with Gayle and Colleen. I knew my timeline and what I was hoping to achieve. Gayle and Colleen listened to my needs and gave their input. The team was very communicative during the whole process. which only took about a month. I can't thank them enough for their hard work.
