Been trying to find the open hours
The door says the door says 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. true Friday. Call me an idiot sat here until 1:00 and the store still hasn't opened
Good luck trying to call any other store they don't know nothing about anything
We're talking about the store on 136th in meridian

Came in at 12 and was met with a sign that said they were supposed to be back at 10am. I sat for 20 minutes in case an employee came back, but one never did. I came back later today around 5:30- still nobody in the building. The sign still says back at 10. There’s a missed UPS drop off notice on the window now which lets me know absolutely no one has been here today even though they’re supposed to be open.

I had a very unique situation happen with my phone service being shut off the day after paying my bill I went to the puyallup store to get assistance. I was assisted by a member named Michael C his attitude towards me was as if I was dirt off the street, there was lack of concern and friendliness during my interaction with him. I was prepared to end my service with Cricket Wireless after leaving to avoid ever having to an interaction with him again. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location if you want to feel welcomed and a valued member.Thankfully my issue was resolved thanks to the customer service member I spoke with who did take me into their care.

This store was AMAZING!! I came in wanting to bring my family from Verizon, and I was greeted by a lady named Jessica who explained everything to me. Especially how much money I will be saving than I would stay with Verizon. She helped us choose the right phones and even helped set everything up! Thanks Jessica! We will definitely be coming to this store!

I have been with Cricket wirelessfor over 6 years.My expirence with Spanapwaywas great; but my expirencewith South HillWas NOT!!?The man runingThe So HILL.Cricket store isRuning it intoBankrupsy. Heactually said,"We are not interrestedin keeping the customers we have, we wantNew customers.Thats where themoney is !" Thats an attitude for Failure !And hanging up on customers isRUDE. Im thinking about getting an Iphone.

Bad customer service try to upgrade and ask the guy to show me what phone are on sale and he say well we have this and that and dint even try to walk to show me the phones I’m not good with names so for me him telling me tha names of the phone but not doing that effort to show them to me was pointless left and end up coming out disappointed

I came into the Puyallup location since another location wouldn't help me to get another phone. The workers there were very friendly and answered all my questions and was able to help me get a new phone. I'm going to make sure I come to this location for now on.
