If I could give this place no stars I would. The lady who helped us was very rude and condescending. She treated us as if we were lower class. I thought she worked for country gable but the way she talked to us made it seem like she worked for dolman property management. Also I didn’t know employees make the decisions on who could rent and who couldn’t rent. I wouldn’t rent from here or even referral this place. Very disappointed. Also I’m going to share my experience with all who is willing to listen. Please retrain your employees about discrimination. Also you might want to let this person know they don’t own this establishment.

We have lived here almost two years now. i have yet to hear my neighbors, so no noise complaints. everyone is very nice and the area is very quiet. after 1 year our rent didn't increase much. the office staff is very friendly as is the maintenance team! highly recommend Country Gables.

Application fee abuse. Money in their pocket.

My experience with applying to rent an apartment has been a horrid experience and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They are out for money and I see them as a greedy business. I have never had such a bad experience in trying to rent an apartment and my rental history is without flaw.

Hi, we haven’t moved here as of yet but we are totally excited about our move in date, we’ve been by here and the common areas are beautiful, and well kept up, the office staff and the manager Karen were wonderful, Very helpful and very professional!! Karen and staff made the move in requirements so simple to complete !! The complex owners are lucky to have this staff in place, believe me!! I’m leaving a place where I will call the common area very unsatisfactory and the staff was leaning towards being unprofessional, we are so looking forward to being a part of this wonderful community!!!!! Thank you, David & Angela

I personally have enjoyed living here and will miss the country gables. I lived here for about two years I think. Very quiet area. No noise complaints. I dont think I even heard my neighbors. After working long hours it's nice to come home and sleep in peace. I would definitely reccomend this place . The prices are good compared to some other places. The staff is friendly and welcoming . Overall I enjoyed my stay there.

I was blocked from the page of Country Gables Apartments in Puyallup today because they didn't like my comment. That won't stop me from voicing my opinion. They are charging $1305 per MONTH for a 2 bedroom apartment and require you to make 4 TIMES the rent. That is $5200 a month. If you can afford this, you can afford a mortgage. The management is obviously petty. Take it from me, I have lived here. There are a ton of other places that give you more, charge you less, and aren't discriminatory to families just trying to make it. Trust yourself, get a MORTGAGE.

My fiancé and I have lived here almost 2 years, over all we've had a pretty decent experience. The apartments themselves are alright, not the worst but definitely not the best. The office is great, they leave you be for the most part and the encounters I've had with them have been pleasant. We have relatively quiet neighbors, which is a plus and overall the complex itself pretty quiet. We're moving at the end of next month to a bigger place, and the only issue I see is that the carpets are very cheap, and are lifting from every corner of our apartment. We have no pets, and try to take care of our place the best we can, and I am really hoping this won't affect our refundable security deposit. UPDATE **** After contacting us to get the address to our new home to send us the bill for some move out expenses, and us giving it to them in email AS WELL as over the phone they forgot to put our apartment number on it so obviously it didn't get to us in time and sent it to collections. Disappointed with Country Gables.

Maintenance workers are amazing and polite. New management needs to get their act together. Was told the wrong amount (so I wouldn't pay enough) for my rent 3 consecutive months by the office. Not at all helpful in stressful financial situations. Do not move here until the owners wise up and change management.

Do NOT move here! Our time at CG has been nothing but stressful and expensive! The management in the office is so sneaky, deceiving and shady. They will do anything to get more money out of you. They kept important details about moving out, our lease, security deposits etc. Now that we have moved out and received our "move out bill" which is astronomically HIGHER than what we were told it was going to be- we received it LATE with only 3 days to pay the bill in full when we should've received it weeks ago. I am trying over and over again to contact the management office and the corporate office and nobody is answering! If this bill isn't paid in 3 days we will be sent to collections. Please save yourself the misery and money and move into apartments elsewhere! The management in the office is absolutely awful and it's clear that their corporate office is just as terrible. Unprofessional, rude, deceiving, conniving, careless assholes.

Don't rent here! Yes it looks affordable, but management is difficult and doesn't share proper information with you!
I had so many issues on the last month with me moving out. They are very vague with what they are doing and just want to screw you over money wise.
I gave a notice 40 days in advance that I'd be out by the 10th of the month, but possibly sooner. I was out by the 4th and turned my keys in the 5th. I still had to pay rent the 5 days and didn't have access to it. That wasn't in the contract so not sure why that didn't get refunded for me. They didn't tell me that would be the case when I turned my keys in. They also tell you that in 14 days you will get your security deposit back. They don't tell you that you are getting charged $110 for painting even though you didn't do anything to the walls, $110 cleaning fee, and $55 for carpet cleaning. I didn't know how much I was being charged and what I was being charged until they sent me my refund check and I saw that it was way below what I expected.
Good managment would have explained fees when I first moved in.
