Wouldn't take my vet card for cheaper med for my dog. Excuse was that it was generic med only even though I went to the discounted med cards website and it list the medication and gave me costcos price I would have to pay. They just don't want to go any further than your Costco card.

Got my flu shot here late in the day, expecting that workers might be a bit cranky by this time. Jared, who gave my shot, was incredible! Joked about how I get a candy after the shot (I'm 27), and I said I preferred chocolates. He actually went in the back and got chocolates. Shot itself was painless. All the other staff involved with the paperwork and whatnot were very cool people. I'm a big fan of this branch.

I ordered a pepperoni puzza. I was handed a puzza box but did not check it. It turned out to be a cold hard cheese pizza eithou prpperoni. How do you go from being the best (combo) pizza in town to the worst? In one month? One less reason to go to costco. Used to be fun. Now thry just take my money. Bye bye

Wish I can give zero stars. Anyways, due to this corona virus pandemic, I understand the usage of a card is more important then cash. Therefor I don't carry cash. Well I wanted something small to eat like pizza and a drink. They start yelling at me that they do not accept card, and can only accept cash, or to pay with a Kiosk. Like wtf is a Kiosk. So before you want something small to eat? I recommend going elsewhere otherwise you would be yelled at. POOR A** MANAGEMENT AND DRY A** FOOD. MEAN EMPLOYEES, it's not my fault you filled out the application. Never coming back here again.

I rate the store a 5 star. However everytime we go there, at least twice a week I have had major issues with a female who works the door named Mercades. At first it was a racial comments. I complained to the manager 3 times. Today when I walked in she had shaved her head and wore of her name on her name tag. She should NOT be the fa e you see when you first walk in. She is ridiculous and not professional.

This is not about the Costco location as a whole...but my recent experiences, both in store and online. In short don't believe the false narrative about the great return policy. If a product they sell does not last until a warranty date, you would think it could be returned. That is not the case if all included items in the package are not present. I don't understand why you should keep disposable portions of the merchandise for the expected life of the product. Then there were the valentines flowers which arrived wilting. Guess I'd have to save all the fallen petals for a return.

Costco is the best pharmacy ever!! I have never had a problem with any of my prescriptions, can't say that about other places. I was sent to the pharmacy on 112th and Canyon when Costco was closed and they gave me a totally different pill than what was prescribe.

Visited the vision center tonight. They were busy, but had about five to six people working. At first I stood at the counter and two older ladies avoided eye contact and continued their conversation. Finally a very nice employee helped me after finishing with her current customer. We returned with my Wife and she had a few questions. A slender young guy helped her, but was condescending and very short with his answers. Ok, no sweat. After finding some frames she had a question, and approached the same guy. Again, short with his answers and he immediately returned to his conversation. The general vibe was not very good, so we left and will find glasses elsewhere.

Used to come to this Costco all the time but after being followed and harassed by their loss prevention and manager for no reason at all Because their loss prevention guys "thought" he seen me put something into my little bag. I no longer feel safe coming here. I feel targeted and truly feel that this guy is targeting women shopping alone. We spend a lot of money here and I know they won't miss my money but I always held Costco to a better standard than most stores. I escalated this to corporate and am not satisfied with how it was handled. I only will come to this store with my husband now. Costco really needs to get rid of this guy and get back to the Costco standards that we all know and love.
