Usually with this location I’d give a 5 star review but I basically have to take my vehicle to the dealer and see if they could fix the issue. “If the dealer can link this to the accident then we can maybe reimburse or go through the at fault persons insurance.”
So a problem I didn’t have prior to bringing my vehicle in for repair is now something I have to figure out myself. Would’ve left 1 star but with all my other encounters i’ve had here have been amazing but this is so discouraging.

Everyone at this location was great to work with. I loved getting the automated updates and being kept in the loop about where they were in the process. My car was towed there afterhours and they took care of getting everything in order first thing there next morning. They even completed my repairs 2 weeks ahead of the estimated schedule!

My car repair is amazing. They really did a good job. The estimate was basically right on. Plus, they cleaned the car inside and out and I wasn’t expecting that.

Got into a collision with a Dodge Ram truck several weeks ago and the trunk door of my Subaru Forester got caved in. Carstar did an amazing job fixing up the damages and even took care of a few scratches that were already on the car when I first got it. I received my car back a lot sooner than I expected as well! 10/10!

Brought truck in for a little fender bender and it came out great. The coolest thing was the updates over text of where my truck was in the process. They were even able to finish ahead of schedule.

Had my car stolen almost 2 months ago. There was quite a bit of damage to both the inside of my car and outside. Took my car to CARSTAR in Puyallup to repair the body damage. They did such an amazing job, almost looks brand new. They were also great with updating me throughout the process of the repairs by sending me text messages. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Absolutely would not recommended this place. I talked with reception and let them know the issue I was having, they talked over me and kept telling me to to contact my insurance company! I told them I had work done at another shop and the work was done horribly, I let them know I needed a second opinion basically and an estimate on how much it would cost to repair the work. I’d be paying out of pocket. She then transferred me to Julie after I told her I wasn’t going through insurance, Julie then mentioned going through insurance again and I said it wasn’t insurance it be self pay at this point. She had an attitude and said no we can’t give you an estimate we’re too busy with insurance work and we won’t help you, flat out! Steer clear of this place! I told her I don’t need them to fix the work I just need a second opinion on the work that was already done horribly. Complete rude person who obviously hates her job.

I had a good experience. They made it easy. I had a 2 week repair and they kept me updated by text. Finished a day early. Quick in and outs. I didn't wait on the phone. The repair is solid.

Good customer service and updates, great work on the car repairs and they even detailed the interior/exterior before pickup. My car was even finished a few weeks earlier than anticipated.

Had a fender and bumper fixed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. When I went to pick up the car the body lines were messed up and I had a panel that was loose it looked like it was falling off. They fixed those but after picking it up I noticed the inside door jam was scraped, It looked like it was from the bolt to remove the door. They left swirl marks all over the hood which wasn't damaged or replaced so I don't know why they touched it. After washing the car I noticed over spray that wouldn't come off on the interior door handles. The body lines still don't look great and the interior door handle is off centered around the panel now. The clear wrap was peeling and was installed with dirt under it so now it's trapped between the paint and the clear wrap. They charged me when I picked up the car then called and charged me more later. I also had some minor scheduling issues and just ended up wasting more time at this place than I should have. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
