Although the other insurance co. Was a pain in the @ss and extremely irritating, the ladies at Cornforth Campbell were friggin awesome! Communication, honesty, and just overall making it so stress free. Very much appreciated them and whomever put in the hands-on work in the back did an amazing job!

They are Amazing for Fixing my Crosstrek Wilderness. it’s Like Nothing Happen When i got my Car Back. i am just Glad that they are a Subaru Certified Collision Center knowing that OEM Parts will get used and that will get Fix Properly and Right Away.

Please save yourself some time and consider other shops before going here. Upon first glance, the service seemed very smooth. I arrived and in 15 minutes got an estimate for my car (bumper damage) and set an appointment to get my car fixed the following couple weeks.
I go to drop off my car at the repair appointment and 10 minutes after I leave they call me and tell me 1) they cannot do my repairs and 2) I have to come back and return the rental car right away. Not only did I ask the day off of work, but literally within the hour of getting a rental car I am told I HAVE to return it and that my car cannot be fixed. I had waited 2 weeks to get my repairs started.
When the woman called me on the phone, Ashlee or Julie I believe was her name, she was not compassionate or considerate whatsoever about all the time I had wasted. I understand that they could not fix my car, I am not saying they HAD to, but what they failed to do was a thorough estimate. They simply looked at my car and wrote a bunch of numbers. This whole situation and waste of time could have been avoided if the estimate person were to take off the bumper or more thoroughly look at the car before promising me repairs could be made.
Finally a couple weeks pass after they say the can't do the repairs. To top off this horrible experience, the check I get in the mail from the insurance company IS LESS than the initial estimate they gave me. So the check is less than I was expecting and basically promised based on the estimate provided from this shop. Without advising me, they had decreased the estimate and forwarded it to the insurance company.
The customer service here is unprofessional and cold. This shop is a waste of your time, they do not value communication and make decisions without consoling you. The front desk women are unprofessional and rude and carry no compassion for your situation.

Cornforth-Campbell CarStar’s people were friendly, responsive to my questions and did repairs on my car quickly. The done looks great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to do business if they need a body-shop!

From the second I dropped my Jeep off for repairs, Cornforth let me know via text what stages they were in the work. It was repaired within the estimated time frame and they did GREAT clean up work.
I've included three pictures before and after. The colors are off because of the lighting, but it IS the same vehicle
I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

They did a really good job and even cleaned the back of my car when they didn't have to which I really appreciate. The only thing I would say is the non OEM parts didn't fit that well on my car. Other then that they did a fantastic job of fixing my car which is a Suberu. They also know the requirements for safety after a suberu has been in an accident. The Puyallup suberu dealership recommended them to me.
