The staff treated me like I was a criminal. Rachel said to hang my purse on a hook outside the restroom and proceed to take a urine test with it and my cell phone outside. When I confirmed "you want me to leave my purse and phone in public unprotected and then pee in a cup?"She rolled her eyes and motioned to a small lock box and said "you can use the box and take the key if that makes you feel better."Of course the purse didn't fit so I locked my wallet and phone only. She snickered and said something to another employee under her breath.I used the restroom. Brought my sample out. There was no water in the restroom. I had to wash my hands in public.When I asked "why is there not water and I cannot take my purse."She responded with "you people cannot take anything in there with you. Its just the rules."You people???? You people?I retorted "I am not a criminal. This is for a job."She was so smug and rude.I understand they have to ensure the urine is not compromised. But they do not have to treat people like they did something wrong. I have not done drugs. Nor am I in a program. It was a job requirement for a new hire.It was an awful experience.

Do not recommend. I came in for an L&I claim. The “DR” is a PAC who barely touched me and wouldn’t listen to my concerns. Hes rude and talks to you like you’re stupid. I had to go see my actual doctor to get a real diagnosis
