“I started with the Chat line first. I was connected fairly quickly to a representative. They assured me with setting up an appointment for a branch near me. When I arrived onsite, they were very attentive. They listened to my problem and quickly gave me answers. This was done even without me being a a member. Of course, ultimately, they want to sell you a service plan so,of course, the conversation did steer that way. I will say they did their part to show that it could be well worth the investment.”

Unfortunately it is unrealistic for a local shop to be able to compete price wise with Amazon, I was noticing about a fair 5% or less price increase”
