“I go there for the water exercise. It's loan impact on my body and I get to exercise all of my muscles without having the dread of cement floor or twisted ankles. It's fantastic! I do freestyle Tuesdays and Thursdays and the water aerobics class Monday, Wednesday, Friday. If you want to exercise but don't like to run water exercises is the best”

“The staff are always friendly and helpful. The classes are fun and the instructors, modify for all ages and all fitness levels. The kickstart program has been helpful. My kids enjoy the variety of classes and sports. The coaches and instructors have always been positive and patient.”
“I don't live in this area but in the are this morning. I haven't been to a thrift store in a while. Really enjoy the hunt. Today I was looking for snow pants for my teenage sons. This store is not big but has a ton of great stuff. I was shocked to see how organized This store is. I was able to find what I was looking for pretty quickly thanks to their organization. The the BEST part...Cindy helped me checked out at the register. She was wonderful. She made conversation and made me feel like I had known her all my life. I'm literally writing this review moments after going into this store. I could have stood there and talked to her all day! She was delightful. I would totally shop here again. GREAT JOB CINDY! You made my day!”

“I am from out of state and had a big emergency. My daughters contact ripped in half and she didn't want to wear her glasses for the pics for the special event we made the trip for. I tried a couple other places there in town and wasn't able to get her help. It just amazes me how helpful and understanding they were to our situation, so kind!!! They made me want to move out there but really if I do, you would be our clinic if you would have us. Thank you for the amazing save that day. My daughter was happy, so I was happy too.”
