That lady Susan is ridiculously rude! I walked in to pay for gas and overheard how she talks to staff. On top of that, she’s making racist remarks? I hear her referring to people as “those people” and talking like POC aren’t competent. Who’s the manager here because that lady needs to go, I won’t be stopping there and I’ll be telling everyone I know not to either. I’d rather drive down the street to the other cheveron. If management is okay with someone like that working for them, they can lose all the money.

Recently homeless people have been hanging around the gas station. It's always clean inside though.

Gas here tends to be higher than other places close by. The convenience store is priced comparable to others though and if using the rewards card you can get good deals often. The employees are usually friendly although sometimes you may run into a grouch. They are also super obvious when following you around, which I assume is to catch people stealing and can be a little uncomfortable when you are not so I have passed up getting food or a different snack (when out of my usual) just because I don't feel like being watched.

Wife got ripped off by cashier, she turned in 4 wining tickets. He paid her for 2, insisting that was what she gave him. He straight STOLE 2 winning tickets. A 50$ and a 4$. Paying her only 25$ and 6$ on other 2 tickets. Lessen learned, do not give all tickets to clerk to payout, do it yourself or turn in one ticket at a time. Wish I was there.

Waited in line 8 minutes for the first next worker to have errored on the prior customer. Rather than fix it after helping us they proceeded to waste our time. Asking Susan the assistant manager if they can help us because we are in a hurry and do that later she replied I’ll be back from lunch in 20 minutes and proceeded to work on an unrelated issue. Susan is rude and should be fired

Clean, well-stocked bathroom. Excellent customer service. Well-stocked and clean convenience store. The man running the register was extremely nice and courteous.This is why I pick chevron to fill up my car over anything else.

What a terrible experience. Cashier was definitely lacking sensitivity training. I think that it is ideal for cashiers and all customer service reps to be open minded and to have a sense of respect when treating all customers. I was disappointed because of the comments that they were making. Great personality and social skills but cashier was insensitive.

Went to use the ATM here, made a withdrawal and left the store. The attendant mean mugged me and acted as if I stole something because I didn’t buy anything. Felt very profiled and most likely won’t return to this location for anything in the future due to the treatment I received from the night attendant.
