Needed RV propane.Easy to get a 30 foot motorhome in and out.Staff was super friendly.They have a excellent little breakfast/lunch counter.Mexican food is great and reasonably priced.

EXTRAMILE #206504Chevron 204 Valley Ave in Puyallup Washington has a trip hazard that is damaging wheels and tires. I took pictures and did an incident report with the manager of the store you apologized profusely and said that she would get back to me. She even took pictures and stated that the parking lot needs to be fixed only to disappear and won't return calls. I need the owners insurance company to file a claim as I tried to work this out amicably without avail. Take care of your property and take accountability and quit damaging customer's property. I need to be compensated for my damaged wheels. Who is your insurance company?

They really need to hire better employees with better customer service sometimes people are pressed for time and need to pay for their stuff and go but the lady working the register was more interested in eating her muffin while were waiting to be rung up. She looked extremely angry and moved really slow ringing us up for just a few items

Lately, the card readers don't work and when they do, the pumps move at a sloth's pace. The one time I paid inside instead of driving away, the cashier was not friendly but I suppose I just needed her to run my card so why expect pleasantries. LOVE Chevron but if there was a location just as close to my home, I'd probably try it to see if the service was better.

The cashier was so rude to us yesterday around 4 something we stopped there because our 4yr old had to use thr bathroom. He's dancing around so you know he had to go well the cashier lady working was giving us attitude the minute we asked about the bathroom. Clearly we aren't druggies she wouldn't allow us to take him until after it was almost to late. Then as we were pulling off she flipped us off what customer service. Her coworker had a smirk on her face thinking it was funny I would definitely not be going there anymore giving them any of my business in the future

Probably won’t ever come back, after an almost 4 hour drive I needed to use the restroom and pulled in, I told the attendant that I’d buy something when I was done using the restroom and she then rudely said that I needed to buy something before I used the restroom.

This is the worse experience i had in this place. My daughter need it to use the ? restroom almost pee her pans because the lady Name Chona didn't want us to use the restroom with out paying something first. If i came here is because i was buying something but my daughter need the bathroom first and the way she was screaming was so impolite.

This chevron has the worse customer service. They constantly refuse to fill my propane tank during normal business hours. I have to constantly drive my 35 ft Rv through Puyallup multiple times to this gas station and it's a hit or miss if they will fill it. I wish I knew where there is another place close by that I could fill up the Rv propane tank.

This WAS my go to place for gas! I went to fill up today and during my fill up the pump flings itself out of my car (now that I think about it.. it's kind of funny lol) so.. I clean up the mess I made and I figured since I'm a customer there and a regular face it would be no issue for me to use hand sanitizer, which I thought was available to whoever walks in anyway. I walk in and get ignored completely.. lol I say excuse me like 3 times (I know the lady heard the dinger as I walked in). I ask her if I could use hand sanitizer since I had a little gas on my hands... as she's using sanitizer she says "I only have some for us".. not okay. No excuse for this - sucks that people are using COVID for poor or rude customer service. No excuses.. she could have easily let me use sanitizer or even offered to let me use the sink.. but no.. smh
