Wish there was a 0 star option for reviews, over the last few months Chase was giving my guy problems like charges coming from nowhere or money not being able to go through due to service errors, to the point where Chase told him there was fraudulent use going on with the bank account when they're indeed was not and they told him they were going to have to close his account due to these charges and they told him that they would freeze his account to ensure that no other payments will be able to go through and that day they froze the account but then a week later the bank account was unfrozen payments were still going in and out that he did not Grant access to nor did he agree on those payments and now there's issues with him not being able to get his bank statements through email so he has to go in office during business hours to get those paper statements and at the time the office hours said they closed at 5:30 when we got there they were rude did not let us come in and we're completely oblivious to us being outside trying to ask for a simple request that only takes maybe seconds. They were allowing workers in and out of the building and completely ignoring that we had a question. One worker walked out of the building and I tried to approach her respectfully and she gave a disrespectful response with disrespectful facial expressions saying that they were closed and she did not want to give another time that we could come back and she wanted to walk away before I was done talking so I told her that they needed to update their work hours online so people are able to get service when it's actually needed during their time that they are open and she looked at me disrespectful again and said some rude words and since the people in the building did not want to acknowledge that I was at the door I wrote them a note and I put it on the door, I did not cause any reckage, I did not harm anyone, I was not disrespectful to anyone or the property. And after I put the note on the door they wanted to take a picture of my car and me leaving the property. Sure I get it it's for liability reasons in case I did do damage but all I did was leave a note nobody did anything wrong besides your branch location and the poor service that it provided. I understand everybody wants to go home I work in healthcare so I understand how customer service works and there was absolutely no positive interaction from anyone.

Excellent customer service. The tellers are thorough and attentive to details. Also the security officer from Allied security has a very friendly demeanor. He makes me feel welcomed. Keep it up!!

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband went to cash a check given to him DIRECTLY from him boss. The clerk said there was a problem with the check because it was handwritten and the signatures from his boss didn’t match. They made no effort to contact his boss or to work with him on cashing his check or getting approval. They simply told him the signatures don’t match and then proceeded TO VOID HIS CHECK. Being that it’s Friday afternoon they have officially screwed us. Worst bank, worst teller and worst experience EVER. Do NOT go here, they clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

The horrible bank, we just want remove the authorization use from the account, they transferred us over 5 times and take around 1 and half hour. Then they hanged our phone call. What a horrible bank.

Without putting too much detailed personal info on the World Wide Web, my wife and I went in to change her maiden name on an account and was really nervous and had lots of questions. Alex C. Was super friendly, knowledgeable and put all of her fears and doubts to rest and we left feeling better about everything. Thank you Alex for the sincere desire to please your customers!!!!

Im shocked & appalled.Everyone better be careful taking Chase checks for payment from anyone. For the privilege of accepting Chase's customers checks for payment Chase is now charging a $12 fee for the privilege of cashing them. Mind you this cost them nothing but pushing a few buttons. Next thing you know it's going to be $20 $30 the only way it stops is if people stop accepting their checks for payment. Why should hard working people pay them to do a job their customers are already paying monthly & annual fees for. They're double dipping & they're getting away with it.
