I’m 70 years old, been around and done some banking. The folks at this particular Chase branch in Puyallup are, by far and away, the most helpful and the most accommodating representatives of a bank I have ever been to.Keep in mind that this is not my bank; it is my son’s bank. I make deposits for him from time to time due to his work schedule. They have every right to treat me with the caution that a non-member should expect. This morning they aided me in depositing a paycheck that the post office machinery had torn in several places - torn so badly in fact that they had to re-envelope it to get it to my son.This is not the first time that they have facilitated a deposit when automated depositing had failed (previously due to a check printing issue). This is what personal service is all about, people making it happen. This is a win-win for customers and for the bank. Thank you!

Would not cash a check drawn off of their bank, Because it exceeded their check cashing limit? then stamped it. Now my bank won’t cash it. Nice job

Everyone better be careful taking Chase checks for payment from anyone. For the privilege of accepting Chase's customers checks for payment Chase is now charging a $12 fee for the privilege of cashing them. Mind you this cost them nothing but pushing a few buttons. Next thing you know it's going to be $20 $30 the only way it stops is if people stop accepting their checks for payment. Why should hard working people pay them to do a job their customers are already paying monthly & annual fees for. They're double dipping & they're getting away with it.

I went to write a review and see that it is already around two stars. Not surprised. I had a horrible experience here today. Consequently looking to move accounts elsewhere. I was working with Belen Monterrosa who overpromised and underdelivered multiple times. Ultimately, both ability and attitude seem to be lacking--defensive and unhelpful. Hope I can spare others the pain of dealing with this individual and branch.

Chase bank allowed me to get a college Checking account that was only half paying price as the Regular accounts! Plus, I have always never had a problem receiving a new card from them when mine stopped working!

This branch is closed. Google says the drive-thru is open too. There IS NO DRIVE-THRU!!! i called Chase. Was told they have nothing to do with Google. Will be changing banks soon!

Chase is the worst corporation I've ever encountered. Their customer service in the face of a family tragedy has deterred me from ever becoming a customer and I will recommend to anyone who will listen to avoid them at all costs.

The bank tellers have terrible customer service. The two ladies working were unprofessional and could not perform a simple transaction. And further delayed funds. The rating on this branch says it all
