I don't get the hype. It isn't anything special. I suppose the people raving about it are the ones who don't really know "great pizza". Plus it was $9 for 2 slices!!!

It's very good pizza. Operators could learn about putting on a kind face and be friendlier. A hello or welcome or some other gesture that's kind and inviting. I don't think they are bad people but the cold shoulder is obvious there. I think it's fear of crime. But pizza although good is kinda spendy by the slice. At $4.50 a slice, I can say they are big slices. They could come down 75 cents I'm guessing. But dang it's as they say Bold yummy pizza. True.Cramped store. Needs a facelift.... A good cleaning and paint job would help. It's not dirty but cluttered. Cramped spaced make me not want to shop for more. That and they always seem on edge or aloof. Not exactly friendly people. I've tried exchanging lite chat. No doing. They seem to do a brisk business. Overall I will go back but if i had to pick... prefer the kind Korean family across the street. Just nicer... Well priced propane. no where to eat pizza there.I complain the pizza is to expensive but honestly very tasty and convenient. I have only bought by the slice . I have gone back a few times for it. Otherwise I get my propane across the street and I just like how kind they are. This store and their neighbors are family run. Different cultures different approach. These folks could take lessons on light chat and smiling. I'm never comfortable not fo I get a friendly welcoming vibe. I wonder if they ever been harassed or robbed? That would explain the unwelcoming attitude. I think over all it's a good store. But if I had to pick l across the street sorry is my fav but try the pizza anyway. I'm gonna get some now I been writing this ?

I didn't eat the food. I did see the food in the food cases. It looked fine. The store was a little cluttered, but clean. The customer service was great. I got a lotto ticket. I was in and out in minutes.

New owners. New pizza. New garbage service. Jacked up prices of pizza and goods and treat people horrible. Never again will I visit this place. Sad

Primo Pizza.Canyon makes some of the best pizza in the area. Flavor is bold and consistent. And, it is priced very fairly for handmade.People are nice and seem to try. They might be a little slow but not extreme.I originally found them through a newspaper review that raved about the pizza.Been buying their pizza for several months now.

Pretty good pizza, especially being close to the house. Very nice people running the business. Best part is offering by the slice and these slices are not small. Highly recommend giving them a try if you haven’t yet.

Decided to try based on a news article on this place. Sounded good, support local small businesses. Gave it a try tonight. Was not greeted, checked out the menu. Pizza guy just looked at me didn't offer help. Decided order and went to register to place order. Had to ask for my receipt was told be 30 min. Went to car and waited. 1 min till order was to be done. Went in and waited a couple minutes and got my pizza. Take it home and crack it open. I got the extra large and could not taste the meat at all. Sausage, pepperoni and ground beef. Lots of cheese. I could only taste the onions and black olives. Sauce was ok and crust was ok. Overall it was ok. I was not really pleased with my service and my product. I would not partake again in this pizza. I've had much better and much worse. Not worth the money to me and not a fan myself.

Been a fee years but I was craving pizza so I went and got a slice. Gotta say it wasn't quite what I remember. It was alright but that's all just Allright. Also the prices advertised on the website are not the prices in the store. The website says $3.99 a slice, I paid over 5 dollars for a slice. Some would say that would be false advertising ?I won't go back.

I gotta be honest. I love gas station cuisine. It's gotta be on point or everyone in town will know it. Super fast, great portion size and in and out quickly. I can't wait to actually buy a full size pie from there and try out a specialty pizza. Very unsuspecting location for quick and easy lunch. Go try it out!

Overrated and way overpriced! I had heard lots of good things about this place and I live very close, but the pizza lacked flavor and seemed like it came from a box.

Used to have the best pizza in town. New owners ruined it, idk what they did perhaps cheaped out on ingredients, but it's not nearly as good as it used to be (when they actualy have it)I suspect it was bought for the word of mouth judging by all the articles and promotions about it after the sale. A real shame.

I tried this place after watching a segment about it on Evening Magazine. Was the pizza good? Yes. Good enough for a rave review? No. I would describe it as "somewhat improved Costco pizza."
