Chev Puyallup did all my service on my 18 Tahoe RST 6.2 SC 560 Supercharged including some Calloway warranty. 5 Stars. GMC Puyallup upgraded me to a 24 Denali Ultimate. Another 5 Star experience!

Best dealer I have been too. Staff was welcoming and met our families needs without making us uncomfortable or feelong forced into a sale. Jun although only working a week on the job was very knowledgable and professional and was not scared to ask his manager and coworkers for help on matters he was unfamiliar with, which was very little. Overall great experience and left very happy. Recommend to anyone. Also the sales manager is a man of god, all the more reason to take your business there.

I grew up in the auto sales industry, have been selling cars for 28 years, I called ahead and asked to be treated accordingly, and let me tell you that Chase, Dash, and Kevin Walker in the Finance department gave me the best overall experience that I’ve EVER HAD at a dealer that wasn’t the one I was working for at the time. I love my new truck, and my Wife and I loved our experience. I HIGHLY RECOMEND Puyallup Buick/GMC TO ANYONE.

Great experience overall. Nick was very helpful with the process going smoothly, and 100% hassle free. I don’t see myself going back soon because I love my truck, but, it definitely where I will stop first when the time comes.

I recently purchased a new truck from GMC of Puyallup and, I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed the process. How often can you say that about buying a vehicle?? From my initial interaction with Mackenzie via email, to the sales manager Scott, and my sales person Nick, they could not have been easier to work with and were incredibly helpful. I will absolutely purchase my next vehicle at GMC of Puyallup.

My review is based on the customer service experience I received from Sean L. My wife and I went in one day to check out a used vehicle and were met with such professionalism and helpfulness in finding something that met our needs. Though we did not find what we needed, Sean was very supportive throughout the search.
Car shopping can be such a stressful process but Sean’s attentiveness and support made it less overwhelming.
If my search ever brings me back to this dealership, I feel comfortable knowing that I’ll be met with courtesy, professionalism, and support.
