Quick attention as soon as I entered the store. Staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. Easy friendly service, the staff asked me for my name, and they instantly recognized me. I have a long history with this store, and that's how my name was recognized lol. I highly recommend that everyone should consider going to Buddy's for their furniture and appliances.

Great customer service and quick delivery. Ethan does a great job making sure customers are satisfied and well taken care of and is very transparent with the conditions of used furniture so there are no surprises on delivery day. Caleb and Sir delivered my furniture and were very respectful of my space and delivered in a timely manner. They made sure to call ahead too so I wasn't caught off guard. Overall cannot recommend this place enough for quality of service and furniture.

Worked with Ethan on getting a new couch+ recliner set. It's a great set, very comfortable and the process was completed quickly, then delivered within the hour. The delivery guys were extremely helpful and moved out my old recliner as I currently can't lift anything. We appreciate everything they did for us and will definitely do business with them in the future.

I have to say Eathan and his crew make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through.the door,He is there to help you with anything you are looking for he help so much furnishing our apt. I would recommend him before anyone else he's true to.his word Courteous and kind and helpful I wish more sales people had his drive and ability. He works till all are satisfied his customer skills make you want to come back and do more business with him Thanks Ethan you Rock!!!!!

Since Ethan has taken over, I have to say I've never recieved such amazing service, he has helped me redo my entire house and I absolutely love it. He even send me items he knows I'd love and do. Also he is very respectful, kind, helpful, and has helped me through some tough times and got me back on track financially. My career was in sales, and there were very few salesmen with his work ethics and customer service. These days even less. I will never buy from anyone else because I know he stands behind his products and really cares that people get what they really want and what is best for them. Thank you Ethan for all your help. It's feels good to buy something and not wish you hadnt. I will only shop at Buddys In puyallup and only from Ethan. Thank you again!! Rachael
