I've always had good experiences at Brown Bear. There was an incident where the machine hit our car but luckily no damage was done. Today I had a coupon and I thought I had one more day before it expired. A gentleman came over and kindly told me it had expired a couple of days ago. I was prepared to pay when he gave me a free coupon! He was so kind, went above and beyond on a silly mistake I made. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

Car still dirty, but now beat-up.
Bugs and debris still on the windshield, but now spider web scratches across paint and the front license plate was completely bent. Photos attached illustrate the bent up license plate from this " gentle " car wash.

Somehow, their washes are not as clean as it used to be, as if they adjusted downwards the chemical mixes in the wash bay. Also, the car is still very wet when finished, and I pay extra every once in a while to wash the underside of my explorer, but it is not worth the extra money. Maybe the water nozzles need recalibration?

Car wash didn’t get every part of my car clean. Had to pay for a vacuum where other places are free to use the vacuum.

Today I was greeted at the pay station by a very pleasant and welcoming young gentleman. He helped with running my card, not because I’m short but just to be polite. I always come here but that was a new addition and I liked it. I also LOVE the new blue towels that don’t leave white towel dust all over the interior and exterior of my car. Good job ladies and gentlemen. You guys should be proud of your station. I hope your bosses treat you well!

Absolutely a necessity for me. Compare the time and dollars that it cost for one to keep a vehicle clean.
