I have had a good experience each time I've visited. I come to get my brows threaded and tinted. The ladies have been very nice every time I've come in. It's a very clean salon. I would definitely recommend this place.

I went here for my 1st time, and the owner was awesome. She told me about the damages that were done to my lashes from the previous place that I was getting my lashes done, and she conditioned my lashes she treated me very well she informed me that after 6 months you need to take a 4 week break on your lashes so they can be healthy and continue to grow. And she didn't want to just take my money. She told me no, I could not come back for 3 weeks to try to let my eyelashes heal. I love her great experience. I will be back she will be my Lash lady. Thank you

If i could give more than five stars, I WOULD. Sky has shown me time and time again why my loyalty lays with her. i will never go to anyone else. not only is she bomb with lashes and eyebrows, but she is so funny! i always have the best conversations while in her chair. a couple years ago, i was flying down to texas and waited until the day before to try and get my lashes done, and of course, NOBODY would take me because it was so last minute. Sky called me back not even 5 minutes later and told me she’s gonna stay late to do them for me cuz i sounded sad over the phone, and to come in. so if you take nothing else from this, take that. she is passionate about her career and it shows in her work and how she converses with everybody that walks in. i love her, that’s my girl for life Services: Eyebrow threading

Great at brows.Not happy I scheduled lashes and then when I got there I found out I was to be a model for a student.Honestly she was doing a good job until she was distracted and having a heated conversation with the owner/manager and then also had to get up to do work for other customers.If you’re going to schedule someone to be a practice model - tell them in advance.What ended up happening is many of my lashes were pulled during the work. Also the glue was burning a lot, they would fan it as it happens.Since I never had lashes put on before I didn’t know what to expect.It turns out this is not normal- it’s not supposed to burn or hurt AT ALL.I went to an experienced lash artist today to have these replaced since the lashes were pulling and hurting my eye lids. Guess what- absolutely zero burning from the glue! None. The tape that was used here vs what is used at a pro shop is completely different. At the pro shop my eye was protected, here glue was actually getting into my eyeball.I don’t actually know if it was a student that did the work or if it was just someone in a hurry. I don’t recall them washing my lashes before hand either. If they did, it was minimal compared to the washing routine that should be happening.The paperwork I signed stated I needed to follow all after care instructions- I didn’t receive any. I had some basic verbal “don’t get them wet for 24 hours” but nothing formal. I was handed a wand brush, with nothing to keep it clean- shall I just throw it in my purse? A little baggy would be a nice touch.I am all for folks learning new skills. But again- the customer should be made well aware prior to paying a deposit and scheduling. I was under the impression the work would be completed by the gal that did my eyebrows and was experienced in lashes. Not a student, and I had to sign something stating I won’t complain about how they look. Well they actually looked amazing, my main concerns are safety related. It’s important folks know that having lashes put on SHOULD NOT HURT. It shouldn’t burn, your eyeball shouldn’t have lacerations afterwards nor should multiple lashes be poked and pulled when glue is getting stuck on the wrong ones. Practice on each other before you practice on the publicThe deposit situation is weird as well-You pay $20 that’s not used until your fill session. I’m hoping they’ll just credit me when I cancel that.Great place for brows, could be a great place for lashes if they pay attention to this and make changes to how they’re presenting what they’re offering.

Stopped in for a quick wax but Sky convinced me to try threading. I’ve done them before but I thought maybe wax was quicker. I was wrong. She had my brows done in less than 10 mins. With options for witch hazel or aloe Vera to top me off. I asked if tinting would be possible but she was honest about my previous microblading and how it would clash with the color. I appreciate her feedback and honesty since she could have easily made money off of me but she chose to help me! Love that!! Good business practice and she turned me into a new member! 5 months to help me stay on my self care goals! Thank you!
