We experienced a catastrophic burst pipe, which required moving out of our space ASAP to begin the water mitigation process. Boush Moving was at the property the same day we called and the movers were wonderful! They laughed and cried with us as we began the process of cleaning up.
The heated storage kept our stuff safe and in great condition. The move-in process was very professional, and full of supportive customer service. I can’t rave enough how thankful I am for such a great experience.

Had a delivery done by them recently from the Old Cannery. The delivery itself was fine. However, 2 days after my item was delivered one of the delivery men text me on my cell phone to tell me how he “thought I was pretty”. Not only was this an invasion of my privacy but completely unprofessional. I called to make a supervisor/manager aware of the situation and he apologized then offered me a discount on future services. I don’t feel comfortable giving this company any more of my business or information as clearly their employee abused the use of it in the first place.

I would recommend them to everyone who is moving out of state. We recently left Washington and moved to Idaho and they were awesome to work with !! They packed up the truck very quickly and carefully and more on it then we thought .

I highly recommend Joe and his team at Bosch movers. They moved us from Bonney Lake to Blaine. They were professional, hard-working, and cared about our furnishings. They started out in the cold in Bonney Lake then it poured rain throughout the day. They were very careful with our belongings and our house throughout the move. At the end of the day we both drove through the snow to Blaine. The next morning they had to shovel themselves out of 10 miles inches of snow to put chains on to go to our new house. They did not track snow in while moving us in and they were careful about not making scuff marks. At the end of the day they made sure that every piece of furniture was where we wanted it and that we were happy I give Bush movers a 5+rating.

Boush was recommended to me because they were affordable and careful with your things. As it turns out that wasn't the case. To move my home locally it was $13.5k only after haggling on the price. Admittedly I had a large home, but this came in significantly higher compared to other bids I received. I went with Boush because they promised to take care of my things and make it really easy.It turned out to be not worth the price as the quality of the packing was inconsistent. A couple examples: I found a desk drawer loose in a box that was completely broken and a snowboard, that I packed myself, had a bunch of loose yard tools they added to the box (damaging my equipment), several furniture items had dents and scratches.Hidden fees:- They charge 4% to pay by credit card! What modern business does this?- They charge to drive from their business to your house! Many moving companies for local moves don't actually do this. It's akin to charging for commuting to work.- You will pay for the time it takes to drive to your house, from your house to the new house, AND from the new house back to their shop! Why should I pay for them to drive their trucks home for a local move?In general, it seems the company operates under archaic guidelines, and while they say they are going to take care of you they aren't really doing anything special. I would have rather paid less and dealt with a few things breaking than pay the premium in order to still have my stuff damaged and a bad customer experience.I do want to say that it seems management is mostly the problem. The people who are doing the hard work of packing and moving really do work hard, but they aren't the ones being paid all this cash or over promising on quality.

Hard working with excellent customer service! Our delivery was scheduled promptly, given 24 hour & 1 hour courtesy calls, then our delivery by Austin and Larry was fantastic! They made our sectional install look easy and were very friendly. I'll recommend Boush to all moves. Thanks again!

Had a terrific experience with Boush. They were responsive, flexible, and professional, and the quote was reasonable and at the low end of what I received. The movers were prompt, professional, friendly, and helpful--and they took excellent care of my belongings. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

These guys always do a good job when we've ordered furniture from the old cannery. Respectful and quick. Willing to go the extra mile for whatever you need. I always make sure to tip them and offer a bottle of water.
