Everyone was really nice, I got an eyebrow piercing and the experience was great, but when I went in for a downsize, one of the employees said I didn't need it, which is especially bad for an eyebrow since even the smallest bit of extra space can cause problems. I ended up getting a bump and an infection and had to take it out. Huge waste of money and could have been easily avoided if this employee had just listened to me and the info that was given to me by the original piercer.

Got my Septum piercing here that I've been wanting since forever. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and chatted with us for a while and let us complain to them about how hard it was at other places to get it, it was really nice. The guy who did the piercing was super sweet as well, he was very quick and gentle, it didn't really hurt at all, great service! I love the piercing so much and I'm glad all the staff was kind and fun to talk to. 10/10 would definitely and will definitely recommend.

I’ve gotten my septum and Medusa done here and I have absolutely no complaints. Heather is always there when I come in and she’s very attentive, professional and sweet. Definitely will be coming here more for piercings and possibly some tattoos ?

Paid 7 dollars for them to put in my horse shoe septum since I can't myself and when they did it fell out hours later , they did nothing about it except mention piercings do that , got my nipples , septum , belly done here so I'm super disappointed

Called today because I wanted to make sure they had the jewelry for my piercing which is a faux rook. I even told the lady please don't laugh as I don't know if I am saying it right. Keep in mind I found this place on Google last night. No, she didn't laugh, but you could hear it in here voice she was annoyed. Turns out I was saying it right she probably just doesn't know the name which is not my fault. I tried to apologize for the confusion but while I was she said by and hung up. Very rude and I will not be doing business here.

The piercer Heather is so gentle, I mean as gentle as you can be when shoving a needle into someone lol and very calm. My lip rings are healing beautifully and my septum I got from her years ago is still going strong!

The staff is nice and friendly. The piercer Heather is amazing and super sweet. Also jewelry is pretty good and cheap. Sometimes it’s a little hectic/disorganized in the store which is why I give it 4 stars.

Great place to get a piercing and new jewelry. The piercer was very nice and helpful, my partner was getting his first piercing and got all of his question’s answered. They offer jewelry cleaner and a cleaning guide for all new piercings.

Not happy experience. The lady took a call while I'm looking at a tray of earrings rips them away from me to put them away as I'm still looking then I hurriedly ask for two pairs so I can at least choose something I want, and then this other lady comes up and takes over both being completely rude a not listening to me at all. I should've saved my money n went elsewhere. By the time I left I was livid. They treated me like I was a thief based on nothing.

I love it here! I've had my septum and my nose ring done here, both for decent affordable prices. buying jewelry too is super simple, someone is there to help you the whole time, and the prices are great.

Absolutely loved walking in and was instantly greeted and my piercer was absolutely amazing she took her time to make sure that I was happy with my placement that I understand what was going on even though I had been pierced several times before and the shop was very clean and beautiful and organized and absolutely 10 out of 10 recommend them

Love getting my piercings from here! When I went the first time to get my tragus done the front desk staff and piercer were both amazing! Piercer talked me through the process and was kind I do not remember her name however. The second time I went the front desk staff was still very nice but the piercer was a little short with me - I got my 3rd lobes and helix done and she didn’t talk me through the process/talk at all and took out my 2nd lobe piercings without asking to mark placement for the 3rds. My 2nd piercing were still healing a bit and they hurt when she took it out/in. Piercings itself were fine and everything else was fine!
