Recently we had the pleasure to acquiring new vehicle. The process was smooth, fast and the customer service as always was truly amazing. We even started the process in the comfort of our home once we knew what we wanted. They worked as a team to make sure we had the best deal in town. Mark Tripplet and colleague did an amazing job. I have been a customer of Bill Korum's for many years and it never dissapoints. Thanks.

If you’re looking for a dealership that actually cares about you look no further!!
My boyfriend and I walked to the Nissan dealership here in Puyallup after our car blew up on us. Walking in here we had no hopes in finding a car we would get approved for let alone be able to afford but Roque Perez greeted us as we walked up and spent the next hour and a half doing everything he possibly could to help us. He gave us two different options both of which we were able to afford. We ended up getting a beautiful 2015 Nissan rogue, low mileage, low apr. He 100% went above and beyond for us including getting us brand new tires off another car that was brought in but was unable to be sold. There were so many times he could’ve gone the “easier route” or done the bare minimum yet every step of the way he chose to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you to Roque & Also thank you to everyone at Nissan of Puyallup for ensuring we had a safe reliable car for our family! 10/10 experience.

Andy did a great job giving us the space to consider our purchase. He truly met us at our pace and his authenticity is welcomed after meeting with other sellers. His transparency and the dealership warranties won us over the Subaru Forester and CRV.

They are so polite nice smiley friendly for making customers fool
The time of selling Nissan’s new electric car Puyallup Nissan dealership staff promises for one year electric car charging free for that electric 2024 Car , customer trust and sign the paperwork and buy that electric 2024 nissan car and when next day customer requested for one year free car charging app setup after that staff told me that one year free electricity'car charging promotion is expired and Nissan’s 2024 this electric car not eligible for that one year free electricity car charging promotions so I feel scammed by Puyallup’s Nissan dealership staff

Just an absolute amazing experience buying a car with Steve. We were looking for a car for my uncle who doesn’t speak the best of English. Steve still made him feel like part of the process and my uncle still talks about the amazing service a week later. He really went out of his way to make sure that we had all the information we needed, and that we were taken care of every step of the way. I 100% would purchase a car from here again.

This place is by FAR the best dealership I've EVER been to and I've been to a LOT. I met with Rocky and traded my 2016 VW Jetta and they gave me top dollar for it, no low ball offer, no haggling, just straight to the point best price. I traded it for a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport and they gave me the best offer on an immaculate vehicle. I came back three months later to get an oil change and met with Blake in service. I told him my brakes were squeaky and it turns out that I need my rotors resurfaced, which usually would cost about $300 (brakes arent covered under the bumper to bumper coverage, which I have). But he reviewed all of my paperwork and determined that the brakes were installed prior to me purchasing it so he said they'll take care of it for me free of charge. Also, my oil change costed me about $40 less here than Jiffy Lube AND they even washed and vacuumed it out for me for free. If I ever buy, sell or trade a vehicle in the future, I'll forever come here first and I highly, HIGHLY recommend everyone else to do the same.

I had an excellent experience working with Mark Triplett at Nissan in securing a killer deal of a lease on a 2024 Leaf SV Plus. Mark is kind and transparent, which put me at ease. He did everything right to get the deal done as smoothly and quickly as possible, even during a power outage! Very pleased with the vehicle and how professional and warm the staff was as a whole. I highly recommend working with Mark, you’ll be in great hands.

What kind of dealership doesn't replace the engine or transmission oil? Bone dry. And charge $900 for the favor to ruin the engine and transmission.
Update: Did it again! They don't check the dipstick after they supposedly change the oil. Excuse is a machine does it. Now they want more money to fix their mistakes.
