The staff is super friendly and very hospitable. I am amazed at their service and customer care, it truly shows they care about their customers and employees.
However, the acrylic is very cheap and your nails will pop off. I had serval (yes…SERVAL) times a nail will pop off or the tip of the nail will completely fall off and it wouldn’t even hurt. I am super cautious with my nails, because they cost a lot of money. I even offered to bring my own acrylic and was told I didn’t have to. This all changed when the ownership of the salon changed in April 2024. I really try to give them many opportunities, because the staff is so friendly, but the acrylic is such a disappointment—memo to owner: please upgrade to a better acrylic. I really hate to find a different place.

Nacey is amazing and has revitalize this nail salon! Staff are super nice! Open 7 days a week, Sundays by appointment only and 9am-2pm
Got a deluxe Mani and Pedi with gel. It was amazing scrub, lotion, parifan wax, hot rocks and lemon steam! Best Mani and Pedi every!

My guy and I went in for pedis. I needed polish removed from 3 toes and did not want them repainted. After 45 mins there my guy was done and I had only had a gallon of lotion applied to my legs. Mininal foot scrubbing and the polish was not fully removed. She kept adding more and more lotion and her touch was so light it made my skin ich. No pressure to her touch whatsoever ever. I finally asked to pay and leave after she applied the same huge amount of the same lotion for the 12th time . We were getting the same service. Should've been done at the same time. But she just kept adding lotion and rubbing down my legs. It was weird and uncomfortable. She took an extreme amount of time to do nothing other than waste a ton of lotion. Now I have chiped polish still on my toes, dirty feet and greasy legs. Huge waste of time and money.

I had a Gel mani-pedi on Friday, by Saturday they were chipping. Also after I got home I noticed bubbles and dents in my nails. I'm hoping they will redo them once they open Monday.

Absolutely love this place. This is my go-to salon, I get acrylics done here every couple weeks and they look amazing every time. The prices are very fair, the staff is friendly and highly skilled at what they do. Thank you!

Absolutely one of the best salons in Pierce County. It’s small, but it’s quaint, inviting, and CLEAN!The ladies are nice and they truly engage with customers.Their prices are very reasonable compared to fancy nail salons with lower quality of services.One awesome thing they offer is that you can schedule online!!! They make sure they have an opening and they call you to confirm your reservation.I got a dip manicure treatment and my nails are very even, clean, and smooth.I will be back here and this will be my one and only go to nail salon in Puyallup.

I came in a walk-in on a Thursday around 12pm and I was welcomed. The staff is nice. The mail technician was very attentive to what I wanted and was making sure she understood and was meeting my expectations. She didn’t pull or hurt my hands, no cuts and my fingers don’t hurt. Super gentle which is a plus. The place was quiet and not overwhelming. The nails came out very pretty, best set I gotten. Not bulky and beautifully shaped. The prices also very on point as others mentioned. The only downside is they aren’t super clean in a sense that she didn’t use a new filer to do my nails, but the fact the she didn’t hurt my hands outweighs that downside.
