The young cashier Sierra should get a raise in salary or a promotion for her keen attention to details, taking initiative and meeting customers needs all with a positive attitude. I came to the store twice today and both times she was busy arranging products in the front while welcoming guests with her great smile. On my second visit she noticed I was in a very short line and she could have continued her work in the front but instead she stopped what she was doing to take my purchase, a respect for my time since I needed to catch a shuttle, but she didn't know this. When I asked for a larger bag to accommodate a pastry I bought, without me asking she took initiative and made the effort to protect my pastry from any leaks of the hand sanitizers I bought by putting them in their own plastic bag. This attention to details is lacking in so many establishments and I hope Bath & Body Works considers doing a commercial featuring Sierra for the super experience she crafts for her customers. Thank you for making my visit to the mall very positive and friendly Sierra. Keep up the great example!

Helpful friendly staff. I'm giving 4 stars only because they didn't want to let my mother-in-law use her free item bar code because it was a picture of it off of her Ipad due to the ap not being compatible with her phone. If I wasn't with her to make them give it a try, she wouldn't have been able to use it. They told her it wouldn't scan because it was a picture. I told them to give it a try. It worked just fine.

Went with the family for my wife's birthday so she could get some gifts for herself.
The store is pretty nice, but the staff was not super friendly. 8 people were working and none of them asked if we needed anything and seemed to actively avoid making contact. Who knows, maybe I was creeping them out taking pictures of the store for this review.... haha!

i am a very frequent costumer and i love the staff. The store is very clean and has a great selection. They are very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, there is two tan heavy set women with dark straight hair who ruin it for me whenever i asked for assistance or get checked out by them. Today in particular, i asked one for help finding a product and i was dismissed. I am usually treated very awkward by these two. The other staff is so above and beyond. I wish they would reconsider their costumer service. I would love to feel comfortable and welcomed as customer at this location again.

Visited a few weeks before Christmas to get some stocking stuffers. This location had a renovation and is much larger than when I visited last. The staff are always very nice. Had one gentleman that I asked about a scent I've seen in the mens section before that was gone and he knew about it and had information on the question already. Great selection of scents and good staff, never any problems at this spot.
