Would not recommend this location. Went in to get paperwork from them and Yazmine argued that they could not do that and that I needed to call a customer service representative... which does not make any sense. Had to wait 30 minutes on hold to talk to someone and they said that the bank had all the capabilities of either printing the paperwork or having it sent through the mail. Said that he would file a complaint to the branch as well ( he was very nice!). Don't waste your time going to this location ** Update** Unfortunately had to go back in. Yazmine first tried to tell me that I could not turn in the paperwork but then her manager said they could take them even through she first told me no. Then was explaining how she did not understand how a process worked, so I asked if she could ask and she told me no... she is so unhelpful and has terrible customer service skills. You cannot tell me you do not know how something works and then tell me know when I ask you to ask someone.

This branch has helped us tremendously in the last two weeks with all types of banking, including estate accounts. The entire team and managers have helped us with guidance and professionalAssistance with forms and phones calls to different departments with BOA as well. Great support for our family. Thank you!

Joanelle(I am so sorry if I’m spelling that wrong) was so incredibly sweet and helped me at the counter. She greeted me warmly, took care of all my needs, and had me on my way in a timely manner. She was a delight.

I thought that you could cash checks that you receive at the bank that wrote the check?? Apparently not??? If you don't have a bank account with boa, they will not cash the checks... that's dumb. Cuz other banks do?!

As a member of BOA since 2014 and service like I experienced today, I can definitely see why your customer base is rating your service so low. Not only at this site, but ALL BOA sites. My initial clue should have been all the ratings were at or below 3.1. My latest endeavor found myself on the phone for over 30-plus minutes at one BOA branch's number with no answer and then another 30-plus minutes at a second BOA branch with no answer. Given the fact that this accumulates to over 1 hour I could have gotten in my vehicle and driven to the local bank itself. It gives one a series thought of changing banks. One that values its customers, respects their time, and willingness to assist. I seriously doubt I will recommend anyone looking to start and/or transfer to a new bank to consider BOA. There are a number of banks willing to compete for depositors and that offer better customer service or at best, answer's their phones. With all this said, I seriously doubt that I would recommend BOA to anyone wishing to open a new account and/or transfer accounts to BOA.

Arnold should be fired. He told me that if I don’t like the funds availability policy, I should close my account and bank somewhere else.

The day before I came was a holiday...on a Friday, so the line,on Saturday when they opened was long, out the door and into the cold. Took an hour to get my transaction completed. No drive thru service so freezing in the cold was only option.But once I got to the teller the transaction was very quick.

Came here after I experienced fraud on my account. Yasmina was super helpful and knowledgeable about her job. She was very patient and skilled. 10/10 would recommend to any local bankers.

I use this branch all the time, and I feel that all the staff are friendly and always do their best to meet the needs of clients. Even though I went without a appointment twice due to my mistake, they helped without complaint. I would like to thank all the staff at this bank. You guys are excellent.

I have been doing business doing business with Bank America since 1992 and have always had a good Experance. They always go out of their way to help you. Others say they had a bad Experance but I never have.

I went to this bank this morning and as usual it took forever, there was only 2 people in front of me and I think I left 20 minutes later, if they did less gossiping maybe things would move a bit faster, the bank is a reflection of the manager, always slow.

The other day — There was an older shorter white lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) who right off the bat was very short with me. I was having problems with my card having come from out of state. She almost seemed reluctant help me. I wasn’t sure if it was because I didn’t have an account with BOA & was there because of my EDD card.I had to come back twice, the second time with a BOA customer service person on the line the whole time. It seemed like I was inconveniencing her and I was frustrated that she didn’t bother listening to anything I said about my situation at the start of the transaction. But after like 30 minutes of back and forth, and her being extremely short with me, she said “I can’t do that” then she pushed my cards/information back to me and gave me a blank stare and said nothing else as if silently prompting me to leave. I was irritated with how unhelpful and rude she was being.I recognize it was a weird situation and it wasn’t ultimately not her fault for not being able to help me. But basic manners would have been greatly appreciated.When I realized I wasn’t going to get any type of actual assistance from this branch, I picked up my things and even said “thank you”. That was silly of me. I didn’t mean it. I take it back.
