This bank charges you 2 cash a check that they endorse,..Crazy the company my wife works for has a account through bank with their endorsement on check...& they still charge her 2 cash check....REALLY STRANGE Because Her company has too have a account there ...J6st doesn't make sence...2 me

I went here on Saturday at 12:45 (the sign on door says it’s open until 2) and the doors were locked. There were about a dozen people outside and employees chatting with each other inside. Someone pounded on the door and they ignored us. I went home and made an appointment for the next Monday. They sent me a message on Monday morning saying that they canceled my appointment. So frustrating!

They refuse to answer the phone a single time, I have called 5 times and been picked up and hung up on to intentionally to disconnect the line 5 times, this is a bank is it not? Reminds me of how teenagers would act at a burger shop or something if they didn’t wanna take an order

I have been here several times and have always experienced great customer service and short wait times. Very friendly and helpful staff, this is definitely the Bank of America that I will keep coming back to.

I got lucky and didn't have to wait in line, so I can't speak about wait times during busy hours. But the people there were very polite and helpful, I was able to get exactly what I came for in ten minutes.

Everyone are courteous and helpful. As with most banks, sometimes, they have too little tellers for busier times of the day. But, overall, good service with a 5 to 10 min wait. Better then the post office!

Typical boa bs. Wont cash checks unless you have an account. Also called before to check and on the phone they said yes. Reason 178 i wont transfer the biz account. Thanks for the super inconvenient service again.

I drove to numerous Bank of America signage says their open and they are not!!!. other banks are open and to close without valid explanation so many branches. What's going on!!!Their customers are held hostage.

This location used to be my favorite Bank of America where I took all my business!Rachel Harris Completely ruined this place for me!I’m tired of seeing her being rude to her employees and customers!Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 10 minutes to drive to Milton or Federal Way location!
