Looking at the reviews I see I'm not the only one that had issues with the manager. Sadly AutoZone will never get another dollar out me according to the manager that's okay because they don't need my business. I came in yesterday with a screenshot of the part I needed and a sales clerk convinced me that I needed another part and sent me to the graham store. Came home started to install it and realized it was the wrong part that I did in fact need the one I asked for. I understand it was an electric component but under the circumstances did not think I would have a problem getting a refund considering it was them that convinced me I needed a different part and I literally have time stamped proof. After the way the manager spoke to me I walked out in tears and decided it's worth eating the 32.84 and never giving AutoZone another $$. I did record the end of the conversation. I have reached out to corporate not for a refund but to bring attention to this very unprofessional manager.

I've been going here for 4 years. Anthony, the manager, Kevin, the ASM, Francois, David, Chas, and the rest of the crew are fantastic. I'm a hobby mechanic, just trying to save some money by doing the work myself. This team has been incredibly helpful with advice on my various projects. Their store is also always the cleanest in the area.

The store manager Anthony was less than helpful with explaining warranty and VERY argumentative, and no help whatsoever. Called me a liar about how long I’ve been a rewards member and how long I’ve been coming to the store. Reading reviews, I can see that I’m not the only one with this complaint about this manager. I’ve been coming to the store since the day it opened and I’ve never had one issue ……with anybody there until today. Until this guy is removed…. I will not be back. I’ve spent thousands upon thousands of dollars here……. When I told him I would be contacting the manager about the situation. He ripped his coat open and said I’m Anthony I am the manager……. Way to handle the situation, Anthony……. by the way, I did contact corporate. Depending on how this pans out, I may change my review from one star

I went in to return a $15 item I had previously bought, didn't have my receipt and assumed like all other retailers it would be under my rewards number/phone number. Was told it wasn't. Then the guy who I was with asked hid manager if was OK to do without a receipt. The guy/manager didn't say a word to me, glance my way, explain why, nothing and told the clerk no. I asked why, no response. As I was walking towards the door, I remembered that it had a sensor that went off when I walked in. I asked if that was the reason, again, no response. I'm sure I have the receipt for it in one of my 3 apps where I track my receipts and will return to take it back. Then I will never buy a darn thing there again. This 'manager' had no class or customer service to speak of.

I like AutoZone and when I’m helped by people that know their job.I got the alternator, mine quit when my car reached 192000. Which lasted beyond the estimated time. Autozone offered a warranty life to the new alternator. Which means as long as I have the car. Usually an alternator is estimated to last for 100000 to 150000.I have noticed a review to this product, not so good. I have more than a week, the alternator still works. Accordingly to the warranty, I don’t have to worry. ?The best part is, that the alternator on my car is an easy access.? But I know for some is a pain.

Bought a $220 battery and some gloves and a brush to get the corrosion off because I didn't think it was fair for them to clean up. I turned for the door and 3 worker's watched me walk out. I thought they helped you install it. Instead I had to jump my car to go home and get my tools. I checked their website and it confirmed that installation was a part of purchase. I went back in and the 3 employees and no customers stared at me like I had three heads. I showed them my phone and the (manager?) said they could but only under certain conditions. I turned to leave and he followed me out and said to pop my hood. I said No Thanks but he insisted. I took the battery cover off and he said they can't do that kind because it had extra accessories on the positive cable. I knew there would be some reason so I left and in 3 minutes and 1 10mm socket I changed it myself. What gets me is they never asked if they could help but all three were just standing chatting but had no other customers. Instead of being pleasant and helpful they were short and rude when I questioned if it was part of the service.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The african american guy with long black beard (21 Nov 2023 @ around 830pm) who was helping me was very unprofessional. First of you are a REPRESENTATION of Autozone company and you shouldnt be giving customers an attitude...and if you are the manager at this store shame on you. l brought back 2 rotors which were the wrong size for my vehicle because the representative who helped me the day before didnt even tell me that there were 2 different size rotors; and I could literally tell by the way you responding and facial expression that you were frustrated - because the rotors were being used. You should be helping customers not giving them attitudes. You should also need some people skills because you really need some so that customers will continue to come to your store. I hope someone higher is reading this as well....And as combat vets we dont really need this type of treatment when we go to return items at any store. Autozone yall need to fix your customer service asap because this store was not what I expected to be!!!

How do you work customer service and be rude to customers. I notice my headlight was out and it was raining outside so I went in that store for help get a bulb for my car. The employee there that was insisting me was so rude I literally said never mind and walk out. It was raining outside and for safety issues I thought that store would be a place to go to get a bulb for my car.
