“I’ve been here twice now and I have not been disappointed with the service. I’ve had my resonator deleted previously, and today I had my O2 sensor 1 bank 1 replaced. Each trip I was sitting in house for less than an hour. The lady at the front desk is always so down to earth and nice. Prices are extremely reasonable as well. The Techs there definitely know what they’re doing! Highly recommended.”

“I came here last night to look at and possibly test drive their posted 2019 Rebel. This was after going to one of the BIG, well known dealerships in Olympia where I live. The dealership in Olympia wouldn't give me the time of day. They wouldn't unlock their truck or allow a test drive. Joon here at GT Auto went above and beyond! He showed me 6 different trucks at all different trim packages and went over the differences. He showed me 3 Dodge trucks and 3 Fords as I was looking for a full size truck. He listened to mine and my family's needs and concerns. I explained my finances with their team and they ran some basic numbers before even pulling a credit report so that way I had an honest idea what some payment options could look like. I gave permission to run the report and they knew what bank would give me a better rate than I was already pre-approved for. They were able to do what they said they could do and even a little better. I was able to get into the truck at the same payment as my recently totalled Tacoma and at a better interest rate than I was pre-approved for. GT Auto is a must look shop when looking for a new to you use car or truck. Go see Joon!”
“We had a fantastic experience with John Valentine. We were looking at two different vehicles, and John was very knowledgeable with them both! We spent the whole day with John, doing some test drives, and the entire time John was very thoughtful and genuine. After we got set with both the cars, John made sure I got the myGMC app downloaded, got my OnStar connected, and got my phone connected to the car! He made sure I was set up from the very beginning. Even after we left, John made sure the items I left behind (my GoodToGo pass and sunglasses) were out of the trade in and available for me to pick up! I would definitely like to work with John again when we purchase our next vehicle.”

I’d recommend anyone to visit RNR for great tire and wheel prices, but specially if you ever find yourself in a pinch financially. They have pretty good lease/rent rates for tires/wheels if you don’t have the $$ upfront to buy.”

I needed an old alternator removed and install (new) in my 2002 Ford F-150 going on 2 days , had to arrange rides to go to work . Until I ran into him at O'Reilly. I am amazed with his work , his knowledge , availability, and generosity . Price was worth it . I'm highly satisfied and very grateful I got to meet him and learned a few things while he was working .”

“We chartered three buses for a school trip from Kent, Washington to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. These buses were excellent, and the drivers were both friendly and professional. The buses were comfortable and even showed movies during the trip. There was lots of storage room in the compartments below, and surprisingly places to plug in computers and phones under the seats. Overall, we were really happy with this charter bus. It was also significantly less expensive than some other services we explored. I felt really safe with my driver. I would definitely recommend them, especially for school trips.”
